The room is so beautiful and clean, but lack of internet, the water is so yellow and have smell. Kitchen is wonderful. Feel like home and in art gallery.

My brief stay at George Residence penthouse in Lagos exceeded expectations despite its short duration. Arriving Sunday afternoon, I was immediately impressed by the efficient check-in process and the warm welcome from staff. The penthouse itself was spacious and impeccably maintained, with modern furnishings and excellent city views. Sunday evening was perfectly spent on the private balcony, watching the sunset over Lagos while enjoying room service dinner that arrived promptly and hot. The bedroom provided excellent comfort with blackout curtains that allowed me to sleep in slightly on Monday morning. The rainfall shower in the marble bathroom was a refreshing way to start my day. Monday was well-spent utilizing the high-speed WiFi for work calls while periodically enjoying the rooftop pool between meetings. The convenient Ikoyi location made my afternoon business appointment easily accessible. Even though my stay was just Sunday to Monday, the staff remembered my preferences and addressed me by name throughout. The 24-hour security provided peace of mind, and checkout was as smooth as arrival. While brief, these two days offered the perfect balance of luxury, convenience, and professional service that made even a short business trip feel like a proper getaway.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

First of all, this apartment was fabulous. I’m big on a clean space and when I tell you it’s clean , it’s damn so clean, literally given USA style in Lagos… I have nothing bad to say and the service was top tier, house cleaning service everyday. I definitely recommend, it’s worth every penny spent

Horrible experience. I was informed that my room was no longer available on arrival. Taken to a different hotel, given a room with a concert right next door that went on until 5am! Ordered room service for dinner, came 3 hours later. Internet only works when you stand right by the room door. Very negative experience. Do not recommend!

Disappointing/dirty This property has real potential, but unfortunately didn't quite make the cut. The cleaners are terrible when it comes to attention to detail. They would mop the floors with a dirty mop head and no bleach or cleaning solution and think it's clean! Most kitchen items were filthy and the the towels were stained and smelled terrible. Then we waited hours several days just to get replacements. The sidewalk is more comfortable than the beds. The blankets were stained and severely used with only a thin duvet sheet to cover them. Location was central to many places, but not worth the price they charge per night. Need many cosmetic upgrades and should come with more kitchen supplies for longer stays. Don't expect much if you book here, you'll be disappointed.

It was an amazing experience, however the staff strength was lacking a bit but the overall experience was wonderful.
