Enjoyed the stay at Elephant Hills, for guests you do not have to worry about transport to the Falls, they have a free shuttle service for guest on the hour.

The service was top notch especially Panashe, Natasha and Musa from the restaurant then Rod and Alleta from the front office. They were just exceptional and eversmiling. Issa also stood out in making sure we were satisfied. Thank you for having these high fliers.

The rooms are always clean and linen renewed...food is served on time .....the staff members are friendly...room devices like air-conditioning, refrigerator, tv are serviceable and function very well. The bathroom is clean and smart.
