N1 Hotel & Campsite Victoria Falls
"The hotel itself was quite clean. The only downside was that there were locals around the hotel, even coming inside, trying to sell hyperinflated Zimbabwean dollars. Other than that, everything else was generally good."
Hwange Safari Lodge
"Like others have commented, the road to Hwange is extremely bad. We were driven from Victoria Falls and took 4hrs to arrive. On the return journey the luggage trailer broke down and then the vehicle broke down. However, accommodation is just gorgeous, the setting is enhanced by the nearby waterhole which attracts many animals. The staff are delightful and accommodating. Would recommend a stay here."
Elephant Hills Resort
"Elephant Hill Resort is a gem in Zimbabwe! Not only is the scenery here picturesque, but also the wild animals are within reach. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the rooms are comfortable and warm. Every breath is a gift from nature, and every experience is an unforgettable memory. Highly recommended for you who love nature and adventure!"
Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel
"Upon arrival, I was able to leave my luggage and join the Victoria Falls tour on both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides. The next morning, I participated in the safari tour that I had booked at reception the previous night."
Ivory Lodge
"Small intimate Camp, set in it's own concession, just outside Hwange National Park. Beautiful location, with a Waterhole directly in front of camp, so while chilling you can watch all sorts of wildlife come to drink. The rooms are very comfortable , with wonderful views and both inside and outside showers. Only down side is the 45-60 minute drive to get into the main park, but having said that, we did see Ellies, cheetah and two Lioness's plus two cubs on the drive in one morning. The Camp was very well run and while we were there, by Jamie the AM, who was brilliant. The whole team are fantastic, very friendly, always ready to chat and pour you a drink. The food was always freshly prepared and excellent. Our gude , Dudley was really good and tried to find everything for us and even took us on Bush Walk, very informative. We were very lucky, on two occasions having returned from a game drive, the Ellies decided to try and drink pool dry, fantastic to see,Highly recommend, but be prepared for drive to park, we were not."
Azambezi River Lodge
"Excellent location, Lots to see in the Zambezi river. A number of extra activities available such as boat cruises and fishing. Suitable place to family and friends."
Shearwater's Explorers Village
"A good hotel for Africa. Well-kept and large territory. In the reviews they write that it is next to a waterfall. Close, of course, but it is still a long way to go. Those who think that they go out of the gate and immediately there is a waterfall are mistaken. The room is small, there is no TV or refrigerator. Breakfasts are meager. On the plus side - they checked us in earlier than the allotted time. But here the local travel agency helped, since we had bought a day excursion."
Inkindaba Guest House
"cozy place, friendly staff"
Miombo Mews
"A magnificent villa with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bathtub and a shower. It has a large kitchen and a summer terrace overlooking the garden. The hotel provides breakfast at the splendid Lookout Cafe with views of the Zambezi River! Do NOT go to the second cafe called Baines Restaurant. We waited an hour for breakfast, and it never came, so we had to go on our excursions hungry!"

Anantara Stanley & Livingstone Victoria Falls Hotel
"This was an intimate, boutique hotel with large rooms and lovely balconies both at the restaurant and in the rooms. Natasha, Nomore, Alton, Richard, and Duncan treated us like family and took care of everything we could have possibly needed. Food was incredible, service even better, and it was impeccably cleaned. I look forward to our next visit!"
Mbano Manor Hotel Victoria Falls
"This chic five-star boutique property in Victoria Falls delivered an exceptional luxury experience, even during my short stay. Beyond its beautifully curated, nature-inspired setting, what truly set the hotel apart was its warm, personalized hospitality. Every member of the team made me feel genuinely welcome, adding a memorable personal touch to the experience. The tranquility of the property was its greatest appeal, offering the perfect escape for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether you're planning a personal retreat, a wellness break, a romantic getaway, or an incentive group stay, the hotel provides everything needed for a seamless and unforgettable experience."
Dzimbahwe Guest Lodge
"Beautiful property but away from town. Lots of issues with power loss. Two nights out of 3, the AC went off for all night. Service at night is not available by phone."
Lokuthula Lodge
"We travelled to the Victoria Falls on a escorted tour with Newmarket Holidays , there was 14 in our group that was just right and we never felt rushed, We stayed in a 3 bedroom lodge which was very spacious with 2 bathrooms ,The beds was comfortable and made up every day , bottles of water was also placed in the fridge which was handy, WI-FI was there but sometimes the signal would go low but there was a strong signal at the Boma and Buffalo bar not far away ,to see so much Wildlife outside our lodge was just Amazing , We found all the staff there was Friendly and polite , we went to the Boma one night for a buffet meal and drum show which was a great night ! the food at the Buffalo bar was good with lovely views over the water hole watching the Wildlife going there for a drink with nice Sunsets too, 2nd day of our holiday we was taken a short drive to the spectacular Victoria Falls , other days of the holiday on Safaris, The falls was at full flow from previous months of rains ,to see the falls like that was breath-taking ! A few tips here , when you visit the falls May to June you will get wet from the spray ! So protect your cameras and valuables such as money and phones etc. for small items we used zip type food bags to help keeping things dry , Take a torch with you as the grounds surrounding the lodges are fairly dark at night , depending on when you go it can get hot during the day but chilly at night and 1st thing in the morning so take appropriate clothing with you , If you cross the over the boarder into neighbouring countries such as Botswana and return to Zimbabwe you will need to obtain a KASA UNIVISA which is easy to buy at the immigrations desk when you arrive at Victoria falls airport ,At the time of writing they was 50 USD each ."
Bayete Guest Lodge
"It is a good stay for 3 people with two rooms and cold air conditioning which helped me sleep well Shower was nice"
The Shrub Lodge
"Very warm welcome, pleasant room despite a minor hot water outage (a solution was offered), very comfortable bed. The pool area is a bit small. Bar and restaurant prices are a little high, but that's typical of most establishments in Victoria."
Livingstone Lodge
"I had a great stay at Livingstone Lodge. Our 3 day stay was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were cleaned daily, the food was good too."
Waterfalls Lodge
"A beautiful new lodge with well-maintained grounds. The staff is very attentive and even sang a wonderful African song to my husband for his birthday. There's a shuttle service to and from the waterfall every hour throughout the day. They also help with organizing helicopter tours. The evening menu is delicious. The breakfasts are also excellent."
Pioneers
"Beautiful Hotel, extremely clean, with beautiful gardens. The food is exceptional. The staff are really delightful, we had so many occasions where staff when one step beyond, fir example I lost my camera lens cap on one of our excursions but the staff rang round everywhere and located it and had it driven back to us. A special mention to Colin in the bar and restaurant who looked after us like we were royalty! We loved everything about this hotel."
Ilala Lodge Hotel
"While the reviews of this hotel were really good when I booked … I would caution about a few things. The hotel is reputed to being close to the falls, but is still a descent walk on a busy road. Shuttles are not provided. Most other good hotels further away will provide shuttles . This matters when u are tired and wet after viewing the falls. Also while no fault of the hotel itself, prepare yourself for the almost continuous helicopter noice above u from 8 AM to 17:30- enough to give u a headache. They also catered poorly for my lactovegetarian diet. In the future I would choose a further more peaceful located hotel, that would provide a shuttle service or stay in chobe or livingston and do a day trip since there is nothing here worthwhile, other than the falls. There certainly was nothing relaxing about staying here."
Shoestrings Backpackers Lodge Vic Falls
"Tent accommodation, you need to clean by yourself, Environment: General, the loud music at the bar lasts until 3 am on weekends or holidays Service: Not bad, booking travel activities and taxis⭐"
Mopani Lodge Victoria Falls
"We had a wonderful Stay, you were so nice to us and we are thankful for the experience we had there, we do hope to come back soon. The Chef, the Attendant, the Food and everything was on Point Mutape!!!"
Pamusha Lodge
"A nice little place that is quaint and close to town. The rooms are dated but cozy. Nice restaurant, bar and pool. The best part about this establishment is the staff. They are outstanding and work really hard to organize tours and transfers."
Kabakwe Guest Lodge
"Kabakwe has large rooms with with large walk in bathrooms. Great relaxing area and a beautiful pool by the bar. The staff are amazing and take time to explain and make helpful recommendations. The location is great and easy to access special attractions."
