"I stayed at Masuwe Lodge as part of the Mindful Safari program and it was one of the best experiences ever. Everything about Masuwe Lodge was first class, from the location (who else can say they can look over a balcony and see elephants, giraffes, buffalo, baboons and vervet monkeys?) , to the accommodation, the staff, the food, the game drives, absolutely everything!! I have already been recommending Masuwe Lodge to friends in Australia who are thinking of travelling to this part of Africa. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to come back to Zimbabwe again and, I know when I do, I’ll be headed back to my home away from home, Masuwe Lodge."

"Located only 2km from the Victoria Falls, Shongwe Lookout (and Oasis) is an affordable and convenient stay with proximity to all the signature landmarks and activities in the area. As we reflect on our stay at Shongwe, there are a few things that stood out for us.. ..Caring about the environment: ♻️ Shongwe strive to use sustainable, non-plastic, locally produced products wherever possible. ~ Safety: 🛟 Although Vic Falls as a whole is safe, it's still a national park, and we like that Shongwe provide 24-hour security staff, trained to help with any issues that may occur overnight, including First Aid response for that extra peace of mind. ~ Breakfast: 🍳 Breakfast is included in the room price, so we never have to worry about starting our day right. ~ Beverages: 🫖 Apart from the complimentary hot beverage trays in our room (that are replenished daily), the bar area contains filtered water stations as well as a tea and coffee station that are available day and night. ~ Television: 📺 There are no televisions in the rooms. If you're after the big game or a news update (remember, you're on holiday), one is provided at the bar area. Or you can just enjoy this beautiful room and what it has to offer!"

"Excellent hotel! The room in person is even better than in the photos. Huge two-story apartment with its own veranda. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (bath and shower). Excellent staff who helped with taxis. I saw in other reviews that there were internet issues. Our internet worked perfectly and we were even able to download movies for the trip. Perhaps because we lived in the building closest to reception."

Staff provided an excellent service in a friendly and efficient manner. The food was tasty and high quality, again served well by friendly staff. Our room was immaculately clean and well maintained. As it was only a short stay we didn't use many of the other facilities, but plenty of space to relax around the hotel."

"Khulu Ivory Lodge is a gem in the Hwange forest. We highly recommend the lodge for their amazing staff, location, food, animals, rooms, company, atmosphere, and sun downers. Given the chance we will stay at the Khulu Ivory again. The rooms are private bungalows complete with large comfortable beds, tea/coffee, refrigerator, private viewing deck, large clean bathroom, and a private outdoor shower and bathtub. We slept in perfect comfort and safety. The main lodge is beautiful and complete with a group dining table, well stocked bar, comfortable seating, and a deck pool. The meals are high class, exotic, and filling. The pool!!! If you are an animal lover take a swim in the pool when the elephants are present. They will come up and drink their fill of water while you are a few feet from these majestic animals. The staff and safari guides are the best quality of the lodge. They are outgoing, welcoming, well versed in the bush, animals, and trails. We cannot say enough about our time at the lodge and want to thank the staff. Kyle"
