這個酒店太漂亮了！酒店獨特的指環型設計，三面環水的月牙形岸線，夜晚燈光秀與湖面交相輝映，酒店大堂貴氣典雅的燈光，這些都構成了一幅幅美麗的畫卷讓人流連忘返！
這次我們選擇了別墅區的住房，前台接待，專車接送，管家服務，從入住到退房都有細緻入微的呵護；酒店的早餐豐富，各種口味花樣齊全；房間裏還送了下午茶點；房費裏面還送了泡湯美拍SPA等項目，可圈可點各取所需吧。
總之，這是一次身心放鬆的住宿，希望有機會再來！

在桂花季，選擇帶四代人入住來湖州喜來登，酒店設施有一些老，但服務和周邊給滿分💯

服務：酒店的工作人員每一位都熱情洋溢見到我們都會主動打招呼，且面帶微笑，這家公司的管理應該特別好吧！酒店還有管家服務，做到了隨時回覆，最後拉點東西在酒店也第一時間幫忙解決了，這裏點名感謝一下悦悦
設施：酒店很大，有室外温泉，室內温泉，很多小童室內外設施。住了兩晚都覺得不會無聊～

對本次入住還是比較滿意的 女兒過18歲生日給升級了房間 還給準備了小布置和小蛋糕還是很貼心的 蛋糕也是好吃的 酒店服務也很好賓至如歸的感覺 唯一不足就是房間裝修風格有點陳舊了 吃東西很方便 出門左拐過橋就是漁人碼頭 吃的都不錯味道大差不差的 好吃的 價格也是很合理的 吃完晚飯走一圈 欣賞一線湖景加燈光秀 酒店早餐品種很多 吃完早餐酒店走了一圈環境很好 又沿着愚人廣場走了一圈伴着太湖的景 加上桂花的香味 一大早心曠神怡 非常開心 一天的心情就這樣被點燃了

位置絕佳，環境一流，風景一流。我住的12樓湖景樓，俯瞰太湖，視角絕佳（就是有時候風有點大，不能在陽台久呆）
酒店裝潢富麗堂皇 游泳池、健身房等設施都不錯。早餐豐盛，我呆了兩天，早餐有輪換。
房間總體可以，房間地毯有點舊，還有一處明顯的破壞也沒有修補。
服務一言難盡，入住後有管家加微信，告訴13點左右入住，管家説把需求報上去。但到前台要3點才有房子（事實有房時間提早一些）。入住後送了一份水果。
攜程訂單裏包括一個飲食套餐，每天一份。前台不認字，告訴我們是每個訂單一份（我們是住三天兩晚）。表揚一下攜程，與攜程溝通後，酒店不情不願同意是每天一份（三天兩晚算兩天共兩份），並告訴我直接過去吃就行，包括在訂單裏面了。但你以為這就完了嗎，去蜀魚傳吃飯的時候，老闆説要餐券，於是打電話溝通良久才搞定。第二天去麪百福吃飯，我先去了一下前台要餐券並告知蜀魚傳的事情，前台仍然不給餐券説直接過去就行。過去後事情果然同樣發生，老闆也是要餐券，又是長達十分鐘的電話溝通。沒見過一個五星酒店這種服務的，不情願為什麼不取消了那個捆綁訂單。
此外，關於套餐事宜是我打的電話告訴攜程才得以協調解決，到管家微信裏還當成她幫我申請到某種特權似的。
訂單裏還包括每天一份的25樓炫吧（晚上7點半開始，包括兩杯軟飲和小吃），要表揚一下服務人員，炫吧還有桌球，我們玩的很高興。

我們訂的這個房間是別墅，房間沒在圖片中的樓裏。裝修雖然老點，但是也很幽靜，乾淨衞生，有公共的温泉泡池，水是真正的天然温泉水，泡完皮膚特別舒服。服務人員很熱情周到有耐心和禮貌。免費換了一個雙人套房，水果、小吃很多。空氣清新，美食美景值得來一趟。附近好吃的餐館也很多。免費停車。

服務真的很好 酒店略老了 設施真的有待更新 但是服務非常好 趕上冷熱交替 作為北方人真的不適應 但是管家小姐姐早上幫着調空調晚上幫忙送暖風 太感謝啦 窗外湖景 醒來對着湖 可能是很適合泡酒店的地方
