located very near the old town, walkable distance of around 100m. this hotel is extremely large with multiple building blocks. walking is required to get from the lobby to breakfast place/ hotel room. there was a foul smell when we stepped in the hotel room and it lingered throughout. a strong stench of smoke can also be smelt in the corridors of building 3. room was large, but the walls are visibly stained and the furniture can be slightly dirty. nonetheless, it would be a good place for kids if you don’t mind the above. there’s a camera museum, small movie theatre and indoor swimming pool which is quite unique. not forgetting an entertainment room where the only entertainment is mahjong and smoking.

離開南潯，除了會對美麗的古鎮充滿無限依戀，讓我想再來的另外一個理由就是君瀾酒店的熱情周到，體貼入微的服務了。酒店位於景區西門口，出門右轉直接到達古鎮，高端大氣，安靜舒適，特別是酒店管家餘廷鳳，熱心主動幫忙升級了民國風房間，並親自將我們送到房間，加了微信，各種南潯遊玩小貼士發來，讓第一次來南潯的我們全程遊玩無憂。離開時，更送來一份小禮物，並送離我們上車，讓我們對下一次南潯相遇充滿期待……

十分推薦，酒店位置很好，就在古鎮門口。生日入住，升級了民國風房間，格局合理，很舒適。還送了伴手禮。房間臨街可以看到古鎮，但不吵。管家很細心，從入住前一天詢問到店時間，發路線到離店後協助，都非常貼心，有求必應有問必答。酒店服務上做的很到位！

送了青團和小零食是一個小驚喜。
早餐品質一般，品種比較單一，牛奶還是奶粉沖的。吐司甚至不配黃油。水果衹有龍眼和橙子。而且小朋友還需要另外付款49的早餐費。感覺性價比很低。
房間隔音較差，還能聽到樓上晚上看電視的聲音。
綜合考慮認為節假日795一晚的價格性價比不高。
但是距離南潯古鎮很近，出行比較方便。

位置：位置非常方便，在南潯南北區之間，去哪邊都方便
服務：房間升了一級，送了南潯特色糕點
設施：酒店是老廠房改造，比較有特色，但是床頭兩側的插座都接觸不良，需要檢修
其他：攜程老用户，直接訂了沒注意裏麪包了一個什麼酒吧套餐，送一杯雞尾酒，沒有其他選項，後面**又訂了一間，便宜300多，非常不滿，找攜程客服退了200元房間差價
