實話實説 全五星是給到管家小薛美女的 人美又很有職業素養 整個酒店給人感覺硬件不錯 園區民國風雙床房的房間安靜 寬敞 有智能馬桶 洗澡水也大 酒店早餐出乎意外的優秀 雖然沒有海鮮類餐食 但其他種類繁多 品質也不錯 尤其很多小點心做成mini版感覺特別好 可以品嚐多品種又不會造成不必要的浪費 另外説説軟件 感覺還需很大提高 工作人員素質良莠不齊 個別甚至拉垮 説話大剌剌像沒受過職業培訓 下午茶處的小姑娘大概也沒怎麼接受過培訓 先是坐在沙發上刷手機 讓她清理一下桌面 一聲不吭 當然小姑娘不是不做事 很快拿了抹布來擦桌子了 但是作為服務性行業 和客人必要的溝通還是應當需要的 後面來的高個子小姑娘明顯專業很多 有一説一 下午茶有一個靠窗的角落窗外是竹子 意境很美 拍照出片 總之 希望酒店加強員工培訓 南潯古鎮是個很美的地方 酒店不要辜負優秀的地理位置 祝越辦越好

一次不錯的體驗。放鬆休閑好去處。酒店位置好，就在古鎮裏。隨時都可以在鎮裏轉轉。旁邊還有一個垂虹公園，小巧雅緻。溜個彎也很好的。連住三晚，管家還貼心的送了酒店藝術館的絲巾。

位置是酒店最大的優勢，方便古鎮遊玩隨時回酒店休息。服務滿分，有需求都能及時響應，打掃的阿姨還會手寫卡片給介紹。缺點是設施有點舊，早餐的菜品有待加強。
