酒店的設計對中老年人、身體不方便的人不甚友好…因為台階太多，低的高的幾步路就有台階！出酒店大堂門，最後的最後把腳崴了…😫
另外酒店硬件和軟件（服務）上都有很大發展空間…餐廳和前台服務人員態度都是好的，但是酒店的管理上、各種服務程序上有待完善。

看了宣傳去的，結果各種踩雷。酒店大堂拍照打卡還行，其他就算了吧。
1.預訂了兩間沙丘觀影房和攜程上的圖片不一致，都沒有浴缸，而且房型也不一樣。
2.有一間房間沒有桌子衹有椅子，聯繫前台才送了一張摺疊桌來。
3.吧枱沒有插座，燒水還要拿到牀頭櫃。
4.提供的早餐一言難盡，而且連住兩天都是一樣的。
5.前台服務態度差，回答問題很敷衍。

在攜程刷到這家新開的侘寂風酒店時，就被“時間的河”這個名字深深吸引。實際入住後，果然不負期待！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，彷彿置身於沙丘與微水泥交織的藝術空間，每一處設計都充滿時間沉澱的靜謐感。
設計驚艷，細節滿分我預訂的是「沙丘觀影大床房」，原價近1500元的套餐折後僅299元，性價比超高！房間以米灰色為主調，微水泥牆面觸感温潤，搭配弧形線條和暖光，侘寂美學拿捏得恰到好處。75寸超大投影屏觀影體驗極佳，夜晚窩在床上看一部電影，氛圍感直接拉滿。浴室設計更是一絕，地漏排水取代傳統擋水石，乾濕分離毫無水漬，智能馬桶和電熱毛巾架貼心到想搬回家！
服務温暖，超出預期前台小姐姐熱情周到，主動介紹酒店理念和周邊景點，還贈送了“時間的河”紀念金幣，細節儀式感滿滿。早餐是江南風味小點，裝在侘寂風陶器中，連一碗白粥都喝出了禪意。退房時收到手寫明信片，字跡清秀、祝福真摯，瞬間被圈粉！
環保理念，未來可期作為江南少有的全微水泥酒店，環保細節讓人安心。房間毫無異味，管家介紹材料零VOC排放，連沐浴用品都是植物精油定製款，退房時忍不住帶走了小樣。頂樓的觀景台正對湖光山色，點一杯咖啡靜坐，彷彿時間在此停駐。
小遺憾與建議酒店尚在試運營，部分區域指引不夠清晰，但工作人員總能第一時間解決問題。期待未來增加更多藝術展覽或手作體驗，讓“時間的哲學”更觸手可及。
總之，299元住出3000元的質感！如果你也厭倦了千篇一律的商務酒店，不妨來“時間的河”感受一場治癒身心的美學之旅。已收藏，年底前定要二刷城堡套房！

新開業的酒店總體不錯，交通方便，設計出眾，窗外綠意盎然，酒店內流水潺潺。
房間內配套設施完善，有冰箱、浴缸等，早餐也很豐富。美中不足的可能是剛開始營業，有些服務人員不是很專業，沒有提前告知停車及用餐問題。

這家酒店來度假還是蠻不錯的，整體風格很有設計感，在酒店各處走走心情也是很舒暢的，剛剛裝修也都比較乾淨，幾乎所有用品都是有一次性的，用的很安心。
酒店的餐食也是很棒！營養均衡味道特別好，拍出來也很有食慾很出片的～

酒店滿滿的設計感，以簡單質樸的侘寂風訴説著時光的痕跡。有很多公共區域設計很別緻，很適合週末來度假，還有種美術館的感覺，拍照好好看！
房間還有即熱式的飲水機，直接礦泉水瓶就可以按需要出温水或熱水，既方便又衞生。早餐也精緻好吃！
