房間很新很乾凈，雖然是民宿，但是比有些酒店都要乾淨，看得出老闆是細心打理的，門口還有小花園，孩子玩的不想走，老闆熱情，下次有機會還會來的。

老闆熱情待客，民宿地理位置好，走幾分鐘能到南潯古鎮中心地段。房間空間大，乾淨衞生。

設施：新開的民宿設施很新且齊全，房間佈局挺好的，空調給力，浴室門口有平面可以放放東西挺方便的。
衞生：非常非常乾淨，床單被子枕頭一塵不染，衞生間空氣清新，民宿比較新也沒有裝修味道，一看就很用心。
環境：房間靠近通往古鎮的那條路，晚上會經常有各種車開過去，睡眠淺的會有點影響。房間的隔音效果一般，晚上隔壁房的電視聲音如果開的比較響能聽到。
服務：老闆和老闆娘非常熱情，幫我們提前辦理了入住，入住期間也是有求必應。送了“南潯三道茶”，很有當地特色。早餐家常乾淨，味道不錯的。

帶父母春節自駕湖州轉了一圈。因為想夜遊南潯古鎮，所以選擇了這家民宿。位置離古鎮步行幾分鐘，進出很方便。設施都很新，也有電梯，很適合老年人。房間面積蠻大的，佈置簡潔明亮。應該開業時間不長的，所以都很乾凈整潔。室內是中央空調，温暖不會冷。老闆一家都非常熱情，來的時候親自送上歡迎水果。房間內就有南潯三道茶，最喜歡第一道，非常香。隨口問了聲老闆哪裡有賣，老闆竟送了兩大包，真是太感謝了！離開時還有小禮物，是當地特色湖筆！這次入住感受很好，爸媽也很滿意！

老闆夫婦非常熱情，每次出門都把我們送到門口、提供攻略建議。房間裝修簡約大氣，設施完善，早上在民宿院子裏坐着吃早餐，很愜意！民宿位置也很好，在古鎮中間，走路三分鐘就到河邊，古鎮南北兩邊分兩次玩，一次能玩半天！
