房間適合一家人入住，除了老房子木質地板走路和樓梯有聲音，其他感覺還挺滿意。酒店沒有早餐，但是出行到古鎮上吃早飯也挺好，酒店客服熱情，接駁準時。

房間的位置是個人比較喜歡的，景區內鬧中一方小天地。門口的院子泡茶吃小點聊天，一欄之隔就是人流如織。
但是房間裏的設施就不是很好，複合地板，出租屋配置的複合實木（不確定就看起來比較簡易的）櫃子，不是大堂或者茶吧這種中式風格的，電線都是牆上套管走明線，就顯得比較簡陋。
一樓是長桌加麻將台（挺好）但是開足燈光線也很昏暗。樓梯上去左右各一間，左邊靠窗榻榻米，因為打掃不便我覺得衞生情況也不是很好。右邊寬敞些，還帶一個閣樓。

房型比較獨特適合多人，一整棟開在景區內的民宿。
地理位置優越四通八達（提前預約可坐船）房間寬敞設施俱全（推薦一次性牙具）服務人員素質高於景區平均，有問速答親切友好（點單均可幫忙送至房間）民宿附近是同品牌衍生商鋪，整體物價會略高於景區平均約1.5-2倍，推薦餛飩。
不足之處主要是衞生、空調位置和部分設施舊。衞生較一般，空調灰塵不清理堵塞出風口導致房間打不冷；房間內的2台掛式空調直吹頭部，容易傷風感冒；衞生間馬桶蓋使用痕跡嚴重，建議可以煥新。

特意在攜程上看的一家五星好評無差評的景區內的名宿臨河的獨棟！先説好的地方！地理位置真的很棒！環境在古鎮內真的很棒了！老闆家的餛飩強烈推薦！一天一夜吃了五碗！接下來推薦圍爐煮茶，茶套餐，提拉米蘇，拿鐵！真的味道很棒！價格在景區裏是公價，但是味道不踩雷，就很值得了！（希望老闆下次能不能給咱們住店的客人單獨定個價格哈～畢竟自己人嘛！因為自己沒看清楚點了茶套餐以為是圍爐煮茶，後面又強烈要求加了一份圍爐煮茶老闆給打折了！謝謝老闆！晚上闔家還桌遊了一下（國粹）真的很舒服！下一次一定要選人少的時候再來！退房的時候還送了明信片和糕點！很暖心！缺點就是咱們不含早餐噢，隨後老闆你欠我一份迎客三道茶噢！大概春節太忙了！下次來記得還我噢！別的就沒什麼缺點啦！值得推薦和回住噢！
