Convenient location, very prompt service by staff. Nice and airy loft. Complimentary bottled water was also provided by management. Residence is located about 5 minute’s walk from TRX, very convenient. Stayed in Tower B, and there is a shortcut through Lobby C to get to TRX instead of walking the perimeter. Apartment had good amenities, but lacked a microwave. Drainage needs to be better as the bathroom was leaking whenever we took a shower, resulting in the entire bathroom floor wet, though this is likely not the management’s fault. Renovations were ongoing during the weekdays (luckily we arrived late Friday and left early Monday so not as affected!).

Strategic location with walking distance to TRX shopping mall & mrt. Great view from the room. Overall it's good.

Good location and helpful service staff.

Room is clean but smell smoking. Sound proof no good, can hear other room’s door opening closing, people talking, water flow sound… Shower room’s glass door spoiled cannot close properly.
