Very good hotel, very happy, very luxurious, magnificent, high bed with soft pillows, wide view, family members eat happily and sleep at ease, very satisfied, looking forward to meeting again next time!

Very good value private little villa with its own hot spring and a nice garden. We chose the 89 square meter one (茶道 · Tea ) and it turned out to be a great choice —- having breakfast delivered every morning to the garden and dining there was a highlight of the stay. Although the Intercontinental next door has shut down, we still walked around the lanes in the broader resort, and the trees, birds, flowers and architecture scene was all pleasant. I personally enjoyed jogging around the golf courts a lot. Amazing air quality and scenic view. Food wise — The restaurant at the hotel is simple but has a solidly comprehensive menu. Our concierge (管家 小丘) helped us order a Hakka kiln chicken delivered to the resto which I think is a must try. Enjoyed the Tofu dishes —- also a Hakka cuisine specially. The afternoon tea and desert soup everyday inclusive in the package nicely complements the primary activity — bathing in the private hot spring there. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would like to visit again at some point ! With high speed railway from Hong Kong, it’s so convenient to get here for the good value in hui Zhou.

À nice and clean hotel with many facilities, the rooms are large quiet and bright. Breakfast is good as well. When we arrived the rooms were not ready but Erica managed to find a solution and help us get a room faster. She also found the stuff I forgot in the room and sent it quickly to our home. Thank you Erica and the team of the Hotel!

A wonderful place to stay. 1st class service. Excellent facilities. Wonderful breakfast buffet. It was a great place to stay for Chinese New Year!

Our room was clean and well equipped. Hotel is linked to a huge mall. We would like to especially thank Becky Wang at the Front Desk for her expert help and organization.  The cleaning lady on the 55th floor was also very friendly. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Pullman Kaisa.

The room is very spacious, but there is a peculiar smell. The hotel staff has a good service attitude and is enthusiastic. The environment and decoration style are very luxurious. The European castle building is quiet and comfortable. The oil painting style hanging on the wall is low-key and restrained. The painting style is simple and beautiful.

The service attitude of the guys and girls at the front desk is very professional and enthusiastic. The hotel lobby is clean, beautiful and grand. The environment and sanitation of Qianhuazhou Scenic Area are also good, and the scenery is beautiful. There are many children's projects in the scenic area. The children have a lot of fun, and the family is in a good mood. The overall stay feels good.

Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. He did not consider the luggage service, even if I asked He didn't even care if there was a luggage cart. Of course I asked in Mandarin and Cantonese! When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.

It was my first time in this resort and I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the area was nice and quiet (perfect if you want to get away for some peace and quiet), and my room was lovely. My only draw back was that the tub in my room was a bit small. I'm already a tall person so it was a bit of a squeeze but still enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was more on the Chinese side but that's to be expected given the country we're in (even at a global hotel chain). If you do not have a problem with Chinese food, then you will enjoy the food. I personally liked the boiled shrimp and a spicy crab dish that they had available for dinner. I'm glad I ended up finding this location on Trip, and I would be back again.
