We booked because of the swing but its not there. The room looks very different from whats advertised. The toilet had stains and bathroom had moulds. The apartment is for 4 people and the toilet paper was not enough.there was no hot water. There was no place to hang clothes in the room as advertised.

首先這是公寓不是酒店，來旅行度假的朋友需要注意兩者的區別。
兩室一廳的房子一家老小住得非常滿意，因為小區在華潤小徑灣沙灘一線，房間開闊海景（要注意不同房型景觀不同），下樓即達海灘。小徑灣、巽寮灣、雙月灣以及西邊的黃金海岸（大亞灣），個人認為最適合安靜而有品質度假的是小徑灣。
依託整體區域華潤的商業配套和物業管理，即使春節期間吃飯購物體驗都很好。
玩沙玩水、快艇漁船、海邊散步、綠道騎行，可以住在這裏舒服愉快的度假放鬆很多天。
住的房間在觀海軒六期，比其他小區新且户型更好。
非常滿意的度假體驗，連住兩天還想續住

WiFi非常差，第一天去沒網絡，第二天修好了仍然斷斷續續，因為網絡問題沒解決好，提出換房，説衹有三樓有，但樓層太矮，不想去，她居然讓我自己再看看哪個酒店有空房，來了兩個小時的車開到惠州，説實話，這樣的服務態度真的讓人很不舒服，孩子上網課衹能用自己手機的流量，陽台的吊椅，孩子上去坐了一下差點摔倒，客服説太用力導致的，後來發現居然少了一顆螺絲，存在好大的安全隱患，幸好孩子沒事，這套房風景很美，除了前面的問題，基本都是滿意的衹是入住的體驗感真的很不好，希望能加以改進

海景真的不錯，真的值得推薦，住了很多次真的這次很滿意，陽台的風景很美，而且下樓就能到沙灘，房間裏面的配置也很温馨，很有度假風的感覺，房間裏面的東西也很齊全，帶孩子玩的很開心，值得來玩[害羞]

房間很新，新到很濃郁的傢俱味道，很害怕有甲醛，就是很重的木頭的味道！然後看最近下雨多吧，有部分木傢俱出現發黴情況，跟管家反應也沒人來處理，畢竟帶着孩子，那麼多黴菌細菌的，把發黴傢俱搬去陽台，還要對其他傢俱各種擦拭消毒！！就這點很影響心情，房間內設施很齊全，可以明火做飯，設備一應俱全，樓下就有泳池和沙灘，附近也很多吃的！如果能把衞生和服務提高一下就更好了！
