旅店地點非常接近步行街，周邊也有很多美食可供選擇，房間的類型設計本人覺得比較適合情侶入住，很有格調。

房間環境還可以，有小孩也給我安排一個安靜一邊的，服務還不錯，唯一就是停車場有點遠，還要收費的，住宿便宜20元還要40塊一晚。

位置不錯，距離西湖、水東街都很近，旁邊就是步行街。服務業不錯，會幫忙拿行李上樓（電梯衹到3樓，入住上4樓的時候服務員有幫忙拿上去）。
但是，樓下兩家宵夜店實在太近了，而且也很旺，吃到早上7點，喝了酒的人在那裡嘰裏呱啦的，很影響睡眠。房間的隔音也不行，隔壁插電插頭、樓下講話都能聽得一清二楚。

民宿的房間裝修很精美，房間的設施10分齊全，工作人員的服務態度都很好，本身的房間本來因為天氣原因有異味，民宿工作人員很快幫我們換了一間房，效率十分之快，對待顧客的需求都能有所解決。
民宿的地點附近有很多景點，樓下餐飲以及便利店配套設施十分齊全，推薦來住這一間民宿
