不錯，設施都挺新的，裝修裝潢也好看，房間的設備和床品等用品質量很好。地理位置優越，走幾步就到水官街和西湖景區。

第二次入住，環境太差了，洗手池漏水嚴重，衛生髒兮兮的，房間在街邊，一晚上我們一家三口被樓下吃宵夜的吵到睡不著，這次太失望了，前台的服務員呢像你欠她多少錢一樣，停個車找她要問幾遍才說清楚，以後再也不會來了

酒店位置十分好，出門往左去水東衙，或往右去步行街及惠州西湖，都是幾分鐘的路程。晚上去吃東西/逛街及拍夜景都很方便。我的房間在三樓 （電梯直達，不用爬樓梯），窗口正對馬路，對面及樓下首層的燒烤店在晚上是有點吵，燒烤味道也比較大，幸好把酒店的窗關上，拉上厚窗簾，打開了空調，這個問問題就簡單解決了。房間比預期大，每天阿姨都打掃得很乾凈，前台的師哥及美女服務態度十分好。如果不是第四晚沒有房，都打箅續住一天。

真的對這次入住體驗失望透頂！原本想好好休息，結果從早到晚都不得安寧。
早上天還沒亮多久，就被裝修的聲音吵得無法入睡，鎚子聲、電鑽聲此起彼伏，讓人煩躁不已。到了晚上，本以為能睡個好覺，可走廊裏酒鬼的大喊大叫又傳進房間，聲音大得離譜。更可氣的是，我住的房間就在電梯一出門正對着的位置，來來往往的人本來就嘈雜，這下更是雪上加霜。房間裏的馬桶居然也堵住了！
體驗這麼差，希望酒店能重視這些問題，不然真的很難吸引顧客再來入住，也希望其他消費者在選擇時謹慎考慮，別像我一樣踩雷！唯一的好處就是地理位置確實很好。

缺點: 隔音比較差，樓下燒烤喝酒的，還有半夜上樓的都比較明顯。電梯衹能到3樓，雙床房在4樓，對於拖箱子帶娃不方便。
優點:離步行街近（但步行街也沒什麼好吃的，甚至感覺都沒多少店）
總之，惠州不好玩，不建議親子游選這個城市，還不如去汕尾，火車也就多30分鐘而已。
