Suggestion : Variety of food in the breakfast session can be improved .

A pretty big resort with quite a lot of facilities, enjoying the time off and quiet place, enjoying the birds singing in the morning. Even though the lake in front of us was dry due to some maintainable work, still a good place to recommend

Great location and spacious rooms. Lovely pool. Staff can be a little more helpful and maybe explain the activities and locations of the amenities available. Breakfast can be better. All in all a good place for a quiet family holiday with lots for the kids to do. Avoid the “beach” after 4pm on the riverside.

We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite since we booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately, the amenities and the breakfast were not up to the Sheraton standards. The swimming pool was very old, the lights inside the swimming pool were not fixed and could provoke serious hazards. We asked for some drinking water at the pool and were told to go to the reception desk to get it. The breakfast was so so, blend vegetables and raw bacon were served.

It was my first time in this resort and I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the area was nice and quiet (perfect if you want to get away for some peace and quiet), and my room was lovely. My only draw back was that the tub in my room was a bit small. I'm already a tall person so it was a bit of a squeeze but still enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was more on the Chinese side but that's to be expected given the country we're in (even at a global hotel chain). If you do not have a problem with Chinese food, then you will enjoy the food. I personally liked the boiled shrimp and a spicy crab dish that they had available for dinner. I'm glad I ended up finding this location on Trip, and I would be back again.

Hygiene: quite clean Environment: quiet Service: average. As a hotel with all recreational facilities outdoors, they can't provide mosquito repellent. My legs were swollen after walking outside for a few minutes. In the past, I went to similar hotels and they had mosquito repellent to borrow for emergency use. Facilities: The place suitable for children to play is a shallow pool and a slide. It is open from 7 am to 7 pm. We checked in at 4 pm, went back to the room to tidy up and have dinner before going out at night. In less than half an hour, we were told that it was closed? (Who gets up at 7 am to play in a hotel and goes back to the room to sleep at 7 pm? Excluding the time for breakfast and lunch, there are only a few hours to play.) The next morning, they said that we were not allowed to play because of the typhoon. We stayed here for one night just to sleep. What a big injustice. The key point is that it was calm outside without a drop of rain, but they still didn't let us play. They asked us to take them to the indoor 1.5-1.8-meter swimming pool to play, and we checked out at 11 pm and went home. Children's recreational facilities can't be called a parent-child hotel at all. Isn't it a parent-child hotel if the rooms are decorated in a cartoon style? It's so easy to make money from children. Be careful when booking a room on Ctrip in the future. Dessert set for two: pre-made dishes, and unpalatable, avoid this. Kids' club: a few rocking horses and some low-end game machines that require coins to play.

The scenery is super beautiful, and the breakfast is OK. The front desk is very gentle. Needs improvement: The hair dryer is too old and not fast. The girls took too long to blow dry their hair. Also, the water in the shower drains very slowly, and it is almost full when taking a shower.

This is definitely a hotel that exceeded my expectations. I randomly booked a hotel in Huizhou. As soon as I entered the resort, I was attracted by the green everywhere. This is a community with a very good environment. The front desk gentleman at the hotel was very nice and upgraded me to a lake view room. It was so beautiful. There were egrets and birds around. I even saw fireflies at night. I will go there again in the future!

We upgraded to the parent-child suite that the kids love. It is spacious and comfortable. It is the most satisfying hotel I have stayed in recently. The suite has one bedroom, one living room and two balconies. They also carefully prepared themed dolls + tents + Lego blocks to play with. After eating this breakfast on the first day, I decisively communicated with the front desk to refund the child's breakfast for the second day. As a result, the front desk told me that their hotel's finance was on holiday and that they needed to wait until the finance came to work before they could make a refund. The back garden of the hotel is overgrown with weeds and the ground is dirty, giving people a desolate feeling. The shower head in the bathroom in the room was broken. When the water was turned on, it splashed everywhere and onto the canopy. The quilt in the room was as thin as a piece of paper. It felt like the thickness of a quilt cover, and the quilt inside was thin and dirty. Service: The overall service awareness of the hotel is poor, and the room attendants don't greet anyone. The next afternoon, the room attendant didn't even knock on the door to confirm whether there were guests in the room, but opened the door and broke in. When I asked her why she didn't knock on the door, she said she thought there was no one in the room! This kind of rhetoric is really speechless. The front desk clerk had a blank expression and poor handling efficiency. No one answered the phone in the room many times. I hope that friends who have plans to stay will not step on the pit.
