服務很好，房間電視遙控有點失靈，call room services, they come to fix immediately. Good location, near to walking street, XiHu Lake. a lot of restaurant nearby. Recommand.

建議直接訂舒睡大床房，訂特價大床房要有點心理準備，房間是在樓層中間的，就是電梯到了也還要上或是下半層樓，樓梯間很滲人，進去有個燈都關不上，而且電梯關門要很久，坐次要幾分鐘，最後補了差價才好很多，還是便宜沒好貨

房間乾淨整潔，設施完善，衞生間比較大，乾淨，方便，出門就是熱鬧步行街，最繁華的大柵欄就在前面，離天安門廣場十多分鐘路程

房間設施還可以，基本的都有的。距離西湖東門走路5分鐘，距離水東街和合江樓也是15分鐘走路路程。這個位置還要啥自行車。
臨街的房間是落地窗，可以看到西湖的湖的一個角落。臨街的窗子關不嚴，有街道的車的聲音的，隔音不好，隔壁房間的聲音和走廊的聲音也能聽到。
服務：還可以的，沒啥問題。

實話實説條件不錯的品質民宿，位置相當好，就在西湖景區東大門口，是景區中心地段。步行街，水東街，朝京門，東坡故居都在這裏，入住出行都極為方便，步行均可到達。西湖邊住宿空氣很好，這家裝修、衞生、服務、設施都不錯，整體性價比真的很好。一百出頭這個價格體驗超值的。
