"We had a really nice stay here. Great spot for exploring Huelva. Staff couldn’t have been a little more friendly on arrival. The only Downside was it was quite noisy on the streets below. It would definitely benefit from triple glazed windows. But all in all yes I’d say give it a go if you are in the area."

Veteran receptionist, straight brunette hair, with unpleasant customer service, I asked her where I could change my clothes because at 12:20 p.m. I arrived at the trial hotel in social court 4 in Huelva and she sent me to the men's room with Strong smell of urine and dirty floor."

"Simple and fully Excellent, cleaning, location just a few meters, from the place of the nuns, in the historical center ....., facilities, living room, kitchen, ...... bed sofa, customer care completely as if it was physically with someone, improved location, full center, easy access application, is it absolutely everything, something to improve? Nothing, it's improved, practically impossible, and that we were in loft apartments, the smallest, I don't even want to think how they are the wider."

"This was our second visit to this Hotel. We visited in Summer 2022 and wanted to experience Huelva at Christmas time. As we had enjoyed our stay the first time, we decided it was the perfect place to be. The Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station and situated on the main road into the centre. The rooms are lovely, bright and clean and shower gel, shampoo and body lotion are all supplied along with other bits and pieces. The staff are helpful, friendly and smiley. The breakfast manager remembered us and made us feel really welcome. The staff on reception were very welcoming and nothing was a problem. They were very patient with me when I was practicing my Spanish which was lovely. Rachel on Reception was especially lovely as was Alex in the bar who made me two roses from the napkins on the table. Lena was also helpful when we ate in the bar. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want for breakfast from fruit, to cooked breakfasts and everything in between. Without exception, all the staff were welcoming and helpful and we had a lovely stay. If we visit HUelva again, we will definately stay there again and would recommend it whole heartedly."
