Very good experience. staff even upgraded us to a bigger room. the rooms were good and comfy. friendly staff to help us navigate Hualien too

Nice experience here, with perfect location

no issues with the hotel. eveything was standard and the breakfast was okay.

Hotel provides free afternoon tea and snacks for guests, as well as supper. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, within walking distance to the night market. The hotel emailed us as we had left some items in our rooms while hurriedly packing our bags. My sister and I were caught in the earthquake on 0403. Thanks to the professional front desk agents, we were able to get to the train station in hope of catching an afternoon train back to Taipei. Unfortunately, after waiting for about 3 hours, we were informed that all trains were cancelled. Our guide, Mason, who took us on the Taroko gorge tour the day before, was super super kind and helpful who went out of his way to rent a car and drove all 7 of us from the tour group to Kaohshiung. We spent the night there before taking the hsr to Taipei. Mason is truly exceptional, authentic and passionate. We are really grateful to Mason. Indeed, we are blessed to have met kind hearted souls in Hualien. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Hualien, Taiwan.

Great location, staffs are helpful.

Booked 1 night with breakfast. Opposite hotel has a convenient stall. Night market is few mins drive away. Opposite also has a really nice fried chicken shop. Breakfast spread is fine. Bed seems small for a double.

Location was great. Walking distance to lots of eateries. However, cleanliness could be improved, water dispenser was faulty, shower head was faulty and gym only included 3 cycling machine

It's a pretty nice hotel. i'll book it again when i visit Hualien City next time.

The hotel is very comfortable overall. The service staff are very friendly. There is a flatbread restaurant next door. It is close to the city. Many restaurants can be reached within a few minutes' walk. Hualien is not crowded. There are many delicious restaurants. I will stay here next time

The first time I stayed here, I got a free upgrade from a 3-person room to a 4-person room, which is awesome 👍 The most amazing thing is that they provide free coffee, drinks, cookies, and ice cream in the afternoon, and there are also extra popcorn, muffins, and marshmallows during the special time on Saturdays~ (Attached is a photo of Saturday afternoon tea) Just Sleep has many more public facilities than other business hotels, including a children's playroom (small but beautiful), a library and free washing machines (drying clothes requires a fee). My children said this deserves 1,000 points! !
