非常差的一次體驗😫
到車站預定的接駁車沒來
聯絡飯店說我沒預定
（之前都有電話聯繫確認過的）
要登記住房給了所有證明資料
訂房部門就是找不到我的訂房資料
後來打電話給Trip Coins專員幫忙跟飯店確認
Trip專員確認後說是飯店的系統問題，已找到了
飯店櫃檯來了一個男生態度很不好，飯店也沒有任何的抱歉說明找不到資料的原因，男生一副臭臉口氣也差，
本來要取消訂單的，Trip剛好有專員來電，說取消要半小時而且不敢保證能否取消，只要認了！就住吧！
然而在飯店提供入住的房間1226房，裡面的廁所一直飄出臭臭的沼氣味道，整個房間都是，立刻跟飯店反應
他們很好立刻幫忙更換一間房，房間沒問題！
❗但是最慘的來了，為何現在半夜2點還沒睡？因為現在外面的陽台附近有一隻狗從晚上10叫到現在，服務鈴的電話完全停擺，真是難熬的住宿體驗😫
感覺飯店對網路訂房不太友善，以後訂房會三思而行
