V Villas Hua Hin, MGallery Hotel Collection Reviews

Everything was perfect. From the villa itself to the amazing staff, there is really nothing about the experience that doesn't deserve 5 stars. It's not cheap of course but was worth every dollar.

This is my 6+ times visit for V villas and I think overall services are still good but since my Butler is gone and found that personalize services needed to be improved.

The breakfast here was excellent with a wide variety of selections of decent quality and a fresh juice station. The butlers were nice and friendly. Plenty of amenities were available. However even at what appears to be half occupancy rate at the property, there were noisy and littering guests around the relatively small property. The breakfast restaurant also got quite busy at 9am. The villas themselves are relatively well maintained, but there were rusty vent covers in the restrooms. The rooms were spacious but they offered no view. Bedrooms either had no windows or they faced walls about 6 feet away. Dinner service was slightly intrusive as we were asked 3 separate times how our dinner went. Our dishes were hastily collected and were asked to help pass finished dishes even though we've already asked for the check. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good but overall we didn't think the stay matched their ask and the experience they intended to provide. There are other luxury properties in the area provide oceanview villas and better services for the same or less. The management needs to charge less, or get rid of the glaring shortcomings.

The hotel is great, the butler service is friendly. You can also arrange a BBQ by the pool, which is a great experience. The hotel is very private and you won't be disturbed. Like

Hua Hin is the best, highly recommended, the restaurant is average, and the accommodation is still the best in Hua Hin 👍

Very satisfied, whether it is the environment, sanitation, scenery, or the barbecue ordered to the room, they are all very good. The sea view is even more amazing. Because it is the most expensive hotel in the area, there are really few people on the private beach. All the waiters are smiling and bowing 90 degrees. Our butler is on call 24 hours a day, can speak a little Chinese and communicate fluently in English, no matter how big or small, he serves seriously, I will go again in the future.

The hotel environment is very beautiful and the villa swimming pool is very large. The housekeeper is responsive to every request

Although there was no ocean view from the room, it was clean and luxurious.

When we checked in, TINA showed us around the room. TINA is very beautiful, kind, and has a bright smile. She helped us call a car to Hua Hin Zoo. The resort's room facilities, swimming pool, restaurants, and various services are all great. What a great stay. Thank you also to TINA for taking a friendly photo with us, making this trip an unforgettable memory. I only stayed for one night this time. I hope I can have time to stay two more nights next time. I believe I can go back to Hua Hin Marriott for vacation soon.

The room is beautiful, the service is good, and the facilities are good. I will definitely go back to stay again. There may be some parts that need to be improved, but I have already informed the hotel.

The pool suite I stayed in was equipped with a private butler. The hotel was very quiet and not crowded. There was a different afternoon tea every afternoon and the beach was clean. Recommended!

I booked a family 3-bedroom pool room. The housekeeper was very considerate and the food in the restaurant was of a high standard. I especially recommend the lobster soup. However, the private chef BBQ in the room was the most disappointing. I hope it can be improved.
