All Seasons Hotel (Beijing Capital Airport T2 Terminal) Reviews

A very cosy, clean and comfortable room for a stopover at Beijing Capital T2.

Nice modern room good for a rest between flights. As others have said it is tricky to find. From the terminal you have to go down 2 floors. Airport staff are also not that aware that the hotel exists, probably because it is in a corridor out of the way

The hotel is very difficult to find and the customer service attitude is very bad. Firstly, the hotel information says it is on the ground floor of T2. It’s not, it’s on level B1 which is currently being renovated so it looks deserted and not like somewhere that a hotel would be located. To add to the confusion, the airport signage calls the hotel a “Pay Lounge” rather than a hotel, and the hotel name “All Seasons Hotel” is also not on the front of the hotel. So by the time I found it, I was late checking-in for my two hours of hourly rate booking. But the hotel staff then hounded me three times to leave at 2:30pm rather than after the 2 hours I’d paid for, with two telephone calls and a staff visit to the room. This is a very bad customer service attitude, especially given the high price but very small size of the rooms. The room was also very hot, but I was told that it can only be heated now and the air conditioning doesn’t work. There are 5-star hotels at the airport with cheaper rooms that are much larger and with much better service and facilities - those are a much better choice than the All Seasons Hotel!

When I arrived at the front desk of the hotel, a staff asked me, “What do you want?” I was surprised to hear that. Is it a hotel located at the INTERNATIONAL airport? Doesn't he know “May I help you?” or “How can I help you?” He didn't realize that he represents his own country as a host.

Nice hotel at all. but very loud at night because the staff corridor is nearby and you can hear your neighbor in thw bathroom

The room is very good and has everything you need. It’s easy to control room temperature and the bathroom is great, had a wonderful shower there. The location is very convenient if you’re taking a flight, as there’s a free shuttle every 10 or 15 minutes from terminal 2 to 3.

clean but small room , perfect for a few hours sleep before connecting flight

Very good hotel for travelers who arrive late to Beijing or depart late from Beijing Terminal 2. The hotel is easily found, very safe and very clean. I was happy with my stay here.

Inside of Beijing airport, very convenient in case of early flights

It was okay for one night to catch an early flight. Very small room and no windows, but it had everything you need. Has a cozy atmosphere.

It was a great experience for staying all season hotel and front desk staff was very helpful and friendly

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean and member staff was very friendly. All of them they speak very good English so it is easier talk with them.

It's in PEK airport on B1 floor terminal 2. Very clean and comfortable. Suitable for an overnight waiting for early morning flight.

The location is very hard to find because no clear signage are available to reach the hotel
