room space issmall and breakfast is not good. So so need improve. Swimming pool is too small and too shallow to swim. 看看新加坡的泳池。

The attitude of the service staff is very good. You can borrow board games to play. The swimming pool is a bit small.

Food is excellent, they offered a 300NTD voucher x2 during my stay. the first room wasn't ideal as the room has smoke smell and I requested to change room which they offered and it was great. Room has good sound proofing windows second room I stayed at #2003 is near lift has updated modern look. they have morning shuttle to science park 8am, 8.30am, 9am which is great. they have evening shuttle to Big City mall which is also a ++ otherwise would have to spend 250 NTD for taxi which is expensive.

Hotel is very good, there are lits of restaurants around, just located beside gate#3 of science park.

The room is spacious and confortable. The breakfast has a lot of choice. The staff is really kind and available. Note: Don't forget your electrical outlet adaptor if you are from a foreign country.

the hotel wifi is unstable, at night time it didn't work at all. after renovation the room power sockets placed in the wrong location and the BS type power plug cannot insert. the receptionist services is very friendly and effective but the shuttle services isn't on time as a 5* hotel, the overall services need to improve

The environment is comfortable, the service staff is very friendly, the breakfast is diverse, exquisite and delicious, the parking lot has indoor mechanical and outdoor flat options, there is a water dispenser on the fifth floor, and the washing machine and dryer require a 10 yuan coin.

Although the water heater broke down suddenly on the day of check-in, the service attitude of the team was excellent. They immediately arranged another room for me to wash up, and it was repaired immediately the next morning. Overall, it was really good. The service team was great!
