Hot Springs Hotels in Phu Quoc Island

This was a celebration trip for us. We didn't mention since pre-arrival. We were being ”WOW”. We got hotel message after reservation about transportation and we reserved two seat for hotel shuttle. However, it was rain and we didn't realise to go other entrance. We missed the transportation and took Grab. It was just a little incident and i reported the staff when we approached front desk and didn't want the staff keep waiting. It wasn't task failure. As evening time, we got simple refresh and hotel tour. Then, we went out for dinner. The night view in the room was beautiful garden. I liked the facilities of GYM and pool that was my first filter to seek this hotel. The Palm Kitchen staffs were good to make us and good morning for our vacation. The food items were also variety. After the day trip to north area, we saw a cake for my wife's birthday. It was surprised. However, it was attracted ants coming. For this point, may use food cover to prevent. We didn't want to waste the amenities even we can't use. We took the photos and appreciated hotel's welcome and preparations. Then, called the call centre to clear the ants. The staff had prompt action. We received the message from hotel about ”WOW” service🫰. Upon departure, they tried to let us wait for their room check. They were not make me feel focus on minibar charges as i overheard ”Nothing leave in room”. Many travellers left ”lost and found” as rush. This was a good service. The location was good as close the airport, the peak and next to Versalles. Thank you the team make me ”Happy wife, happy life”.

Close by the Sonasea night market, walking distance was 5 mins but the road to the night market is dark and quiet. Breakfast was only so so, but if you only need to fill up the stomach and get ready to start the day, it is ok. Price and location. Very close to the airport. We only want a place to stay after the late flight. And we have 6 persons in total. Good to have a 3 bedroom to share. No flies inside the villa which is good! The second hotel we stayed has lot of flies.

It was amazing. Stylish hotel with wonderful service, breakfasts we delicious, thank you for yoga classes and afternoon tea. The only issue I faced were rackets for table tennis as its surface is broken and it impossible to play normally with them. But it’s a minor. Thank you very much for our existing experience in your hotel!

Physical aspect of the property is beautiful and relaxing (lawns, pool, beach and restaurant). However, they don’t have intercom in the rooms so nobody would call if they need anything - secondly, warm water is not available all the time. Thirdly, they have this huge resort and don’t have iron&stand. It’s doesn’t cast much, so it could be carelessness to invest to small things to make the stay better or they want you to pay the laundry to even press the shirt - even 2 star places have irons&stands. Food on their restaurant is very average, not value for money (taste-wise as well as portionsize-wise). Excellent hotel with a great location, 15 minutes walk from Duong Dong night market, King Kong market is two kilometers away, we also walked. Bus stop right in front of the hotel, both in the direction of the airport and in the direction of Grand World in the north. Private beach, delicious breakfasts, free transfer from / to the airport and reasonable price, the staff is beyond praise, always helps, always prompts. The room that they assigned to us was wonderful! Walked a few stairs down and we had the beach and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the bed. A few cons were that we ordered for a bucket of ice and they charged us 50K vietnamese dong, we obviously thought it was free of charge so we were startled by this kind of service. Also, the staff had an attitude that they didn’t seem to talk or accommodate you, they seemed forced to be there and try to smile forcefully. It wasn’t a pleasant experience to ask for things or questions. When you pay for something like this you do expect everything to be top notch. The sunset restaurant’s menu had a 30% surcharge during Chinese New Year, and the fish and chips was literally fish fingers instead of a fried cod, so we were shocked. Also the location is quite a walk from other nearby restaurants, so if you want to get around, you have to rent a bike or call a grab.

We were truly impressed by the hospitality andf attention to detail. They made our stay extra special and I can honestly say that we would go back to it. This beautiful resort has its own private beach and it's absolutely breathtaking. The food could dfo with variety but the breakfast was delicious. We travel a lot and this is definitely one of our favourite places of all times. The staff was absolutely amazing and super helpful and friendly. It was our anniversary and they surely pull out all stops. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Make sure to go for the snorkeling...the guide is great and very professional and fun. The room was quite clean, and the breakfast was quite rich. The hotel was not very big but it was quite comfortable, but it was quite remote. You could only eat in the hotel, and you couldn't walk out to eat on the street. If you wanted to go out, you had to take a taxi or rent a motorcycle. Ask the front desk if they could help you rent one. Please note that the water in the hotel refrigerator is charged, but the hotel also has 2 bottles of free water in the bathroom every day. In addition, the hotel's massage service ends at 6 o'clock and there are very few seats. If you want a massage, remember to make an appointment in advance. We added the contact information at the front desk for easy communication.

All 3-4* hotels in autumn are clean and nice, choose any nearby. I was surprised how good the breakfasts are, there is a hot omelet everywhere. For this price, perfect. The hotel is being renovated and the new complex and new houses, the second new pool looks fresh. The wooden houses are already a little tired and there is a smell of dampness. But the cleanliness is perfect. There is even a kitchen in every house. You can cook seafood from the market. Convenient for a family with children. Wonderful hotel and staff. I would also add bicycles, it is very convenient to explore the area nearby. The sea is nearby, 5 minutes along the road without cars. On the left is the excellent BAMBOO beach.

When we were playing on the beach of the resort, my husband was stepped on a rusty nail. The wound was only 1 cm deep and it was difficult to clean. The nail was nailed to a wooden stick about 2 cm thick. I think the staff at the resort did not clean the beach properly, so the nail and nail were not found. The next morning, my husband had to be vaccinated against tetanus, antibiotics and painkillers. And this trip was affected by that event to some extent. When I asked to meet with the hotel manager to report the incident, the staff there said that the manager was away and did not provide a contact number. Therefore, I left the phone number to the hotel and asked the manager to contact me actively. However, after that, no one called us back to resolve the accident. So I cannot appreciate this resort. I hope that when there is a problem, the resort can provide cleaning services and customer service. I hope that in this resort, other customers can have a better experience than us.
