It's a bit far from JR Ureshino Onsen Station, so I'd recommend taking the bus. You can choose your own yukata on the first floor, and the hotel's public bath is on the 10th floor, which was pretty good. Overall, the value for money is decent. Ureshino Onsen's specialty is tofu, and it's quite delicious.

After staying at a business hotel, I went to Irifuneso, and the tatami room was spacious and nice. I was worried that the wallpaper was squeaky, but it was neat whether the dopai was new. The furniture is old, but I think it's also the history of an old hotel, so I feel atmospheric ~ Amenities, towels, Yukata can all be taken by themselves, and traditional Japanese zhuri (?) is in the room. The best thing was the hot springs and breakfast. The hot spring water was smooth and the temperature was moderate. I feel the skin smooth after the hot spring. It's small, but there's an open-air bath. Breakfast was a small fireplace, so I cooked tofu soup with pork and small fish. The fish was so delicious, and although he doesn't speak English, he explains how to eat it in Japanese. I'm told to unload eggs in rice and mix them with sauce, but I don't like eggs on the day, so I can cook them in hot spring tofu. It was a night of Japanese atmosphere.

On Chinese New Year's Eve, I met a Japanese lady at the hotel front desk (who spoke very fluent English) who gave guests free drinks to celebrate the New Year, which made people feel cordial and warm. There are few people in the hotel's hot springs and they are very clean. Basically every time I go, the restaurant is reserved;) Dinner is a major feature of the hotel and worth experiencing. Although the ingredients don't look amazing, they are actually carefully prepared and high-quality ingredients. The cooking method is not very flashy, which is probably the characteristic of Ureshino. I ate every meal until I couldn't finish it. The Saga beef melts in your mouth, the tiny pufferfish is extremely delicious, the crabs are sweet and plump...^_^The soup tofu for breakfast is soft, glutinous and smooth in the mouth, without any beany smell, and the rich bean aroma is unforgettable. The appearance picture of the hotel on Ctrip’s official website is different from the actual one! This is actually the first photo I took of this! Much better than what is shown on the official website! Best hotel for traveling with parents!

First of all, it is 1.6 km from JR Ureshino Onsen Station. If you are traveling by train, please be careful. It takes about 20 minutes on foot. Other than that, there are only good things. Other people have written that it is dirty, but that is not true, it is normally clean. It is only for accommodation, but it has a 6-tatami Japanese-style room plus 2 tatami mats of veranda, so it is spacious. It is also very nice that children are not allowed. Since it is an old wooden building, noise echoes. It is a shared toilet, shared washroom, and shared bath. This is also clean. The woman at the reception is also very kind. Also, they give you 2 liters of mineral water. You may not need to buy soft drinks. There are various izakayas around the inn. There is also a foot bath. The inn's large bath has one free-flowing hot spring source hot spring, and four washing areas are set up around it. The water temperature is about 40℃, so it is a little warm. Tattoos are prohibited. If you have tattoos, a private bath is available for a fee. Considering the price it was a very good place to stay.

The room size was decent, plenty of entertainment on Level 1 *some are not free* and a foot bath right in front of the hotel. Put some mosquito repellent, we didn't even get to sit more than 5 mins because of mosquitoes. Loved their dinner buffet. Thanks to the free alcoholic drinks we got to sample a few different types of sake. The food was good and for the breakfast French toast was the best. The dinner buffet timing was only 1.5 hours but it was more than enough for us. The room pricing isn’t cheap but it’s definitely worth the value if you just want to spend a quiet and relaxing evening inside the hotel after visiting some of the attractions around the area.
