The station shuttle service was excellent, and the hotel reception staff were very welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views. They even provided fun onsen tamago (hot spring eggs), and the lobby offered drinks and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel also had a wide selection of souvenir shops, and a morning fruit market was very convenient. The meals were plentiful and delicious.
The location of the open-air onsen changes in the morning and evening, offering different lake views.
This is a highly recommended hotel.

The hotel is a walk from the lake; near Matsuzaki Railway Station.
Thanks to the reception staff and restaurant service staff, even in the face of foreign passengers who do not speak Japanese at all, they patiently communicate and introduce; the quality of catering and service is really great!

To collect the commemorative medals of Conan Tottori, we arranged a trip to the hot springs of the Three Dynasties.
[Convenient transportation] Take the bus from Cangji Station, drop off in front of the ”hot spring sightseeing case”, and walk to the hotel. The hotel provides one parking and two meals, good service and good meals. When I arrived, I encountered heavy rain and stepped into the entrance with a wet body. The service staff immediately told us that the shoes would be handled on behalf of us and would be dried tomorrow morning. Thank you so much. A quiet mountain residence for one night.

The toilet and bathroom are public. When I booked it, I didn't see clearly that it was not convenient for a family to use. Children have to go to the toilet often and have to go out and enter the room. There is a hot spring written, but it is only like a hot bath? You have to pay a tax of 150 per person when you check in. Fortunately, the room was clean and tidy, I saw a lot of stars at night, and I could see the sea in the morning. The staff was friendly. But the price I booked was too expensive, more than twice as expensive as usual. It is recommended to come with friends, and it may not be very good for children.

Facilities: First! Loud reminder: This Japanese-style single room has a wash basin on the balcony, no bathroom 🛀🚽, go to the toilet to go to the public restroom in the aisle
Environment: The historic hot spring area, there is a beautiful river outside the door, and the red leaves on the mountain are pleasing to the eye. Walking around, I also saw many traditional shops, and there is a violin museum next door worth seeing. There are also red leaves around the hotel, especially the sight of red leaves outside the balcony reflected in the mirror made me ignore the inconvenience of no toilet.
Service: An additional hot spring fee of 150 yen was charged at check-in, and a pajamas and disposable items were provided. The hotel's hot spring pool is not big and there are not many people.
The hotel has a car to provide a scheduled round-trip pick-up and drop-off from jr Cangji Station. Please see the official website for 2 times a day.
The room is very formal with tea boxes filled with tea sets, as well as local specialties of white rabbit snacks, the details are in place

Guest UserThe hotel boasts over 100 years of history and has hosted the Emperor. The ambiance is truly excellent. The room was quite large, and the Western-style bed was very comfortable, with a tatami mat, making it spacious enough for three people. The food was decent, but not amazing. We visited during crab season. The hot springs are truly wonderful, with several indoor and outdoor pools. The soaks leave your skin feeling smooth, and afterward, you're provided with drinkable hot spring water and a variety of Japanese teas. The shoe storage area at the entrance is a UV sterilizer—a nice touch!

Very traditional, authentic Japanese hot spring hotel. The hotel environment is a bit historical. Since I had already referenced the pictures online in advance, I didn't expect too much. The dinner buffet was rich, but breakfast was not lost. But more than 95% of hotels are Japanese, so non-foreign tourists will be the first choice hotel. So you can enjoy it. If the price includes one night and two meals. Basically good value for money.
In addition the hot spring is very comfortable, the interior facilities are plentiful. Outdoor bathing is superior to indoor, less cramped. Since you can't take pictures, you can refer to the hotel website to see the relevant pictures.
