The ambiance at check in was very nice, since it is a fancy hotel, but it had a lot of historical features, items and artwork. The place kind of felt more like a nursing home in that it was a bit old fashioned, but the engraved doors, beautiful room setup and professional attitude of the staff was a refreshing experience overall.

Everything was perfect. There are so many activities every day. Maitai bar offers delicious foods.

A great location to relax

I’ve been to Honolulu many times but didn’t know how magical “Pink Palace” is! The whole heritage experience n all the opulence of Royal Hawaiian was way over my expectation

Nice for a nostalgic Hawaiian stay on Waikiki Beach — near many shops and restaurants. Great service and friendly staff. Hotel room was clean and furnishings are what you would expect for this price point.

Awesome 🌈 At breakfast, they prepared the table closest to the beach! We were able to enjoy a leisurely meal while looking at the best view! We had requested a room close to our friend's couple, but the floor and location were different 😡 Next time, I'll stop booking through Trip.com and book as a Marriott member 😏

The invincible sea view room is very beautiful, just like entering a fairy tale dream world.

The location was excellent and we had a great stay. I think the location of the hotel is important when staying in Waikiki. However, I was surprised that the room was not cleaned properly at all! Please clean it a little more thoroughly.

The service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, the hotel is in a good location, next to the famous Waikiki Beach, it is very convenient to go swimming and watch the sunset, there are many convenience stores close to Hilton, the surrounding area is suitable for citywalk, there are pedestrian streets and luxury stores, the hotel's outdoor breakfast has a good view, it is worth checking in and experiencing.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and my son's birthday. It was close to the beach and comfortable. The pink pancakes for breakfast were delicious. The room was decorated in pink, which was nice!
