Great location. Very easy to access MRT/bus station as it takes a 1 min for a walk from the hotel (Bras Basah bus station/Bencoolen MRT station). 7eleven is located opposite the hotel and you can also find Food Dynasty in the Lazada One nearby

We stayed for two nights. The hotel was clean and well-located—near the MRT and bus stations, right in the city center. There were convenience stores nearby. The service was good, and check-in and check-out were easy.

Don’t expect too much from a budget hotel. It’s just decent 3 star hotel. There’s no pool or gym for this hotel so if you don’t mind that then it probably work well for you. We needed to carry 3 large suitcases up the steps on our own, and no one helped us or opened the door. The reception personnel was just okay (nothing spectacular) but as we check out the bell boy was nice enough to open the door and help us carry our 3 large suitcases. The room is roomy and free of odours, however the amenities is only a toothbrushes and toothpaste. Do bring your own shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. They do not supply shampoo or conditioners. They do have body wash, but it feels like a low-quality shower gel (if you're not particular, use it). We have sensitive skin, we brought our own shower gels. We didn't have any hand soap in the room until the housekeepers cleaned it (she probably added it while cleaning). The beds were not hard but firm, which was nice, and they provided two small water bottles. The location was rather convenient. It is directly in front of the Bencoolen MRT station (Blue Line). There are also various cafes and eateries in the close by. If you are not picky and wish to stay in a budget and decenr central location, this hotel may be suitable for you.

The location is very good, The MRT is only 1 minute away. This why that I reserved this hotel. The hotel staff are also friendly and politely. When my stay was over, I also can store my luggage here and eating out. Many thanks.

A little bit outdated and needs renovation. Great location right by MRT and bus stations. Close to all highlights

Fairly clean and not dated.  Only thing is don’t even have shampoo. cost me 20 bucks to buy the shampoo. Should mentioned that the booking notes saying that no shampoo so traveller can be prepared.

no frills hotel located in the town area. The MRT station and bus stops are located right in front of the hotel, so it is easy to move around. Rooms are not super clean nor dirty, its a bit old, but quite well maintained.

Undoubtedly, one of the best locations, convenient transport access, a lot of meals and shops around. The view from the 10th floor is a superior one, the room is quite large and well handled, handful of boxes and storage. However, Very limited set of shower and sanitary items, like one universal liquid for all the places) the shower stream is weak and hairdryer is too hot with no adjustments. very narrow entrance to the room. The price is pretty high, so think over which is better - to walk to downtown or choose more distant and cheaper variant.

Old school type of hotels. 1- 2 minutes walking distance to the MRT station!! The room is very old school. The bath tub is also old school type - slippery. Be careful if u planned to travel w elderly. Location is their add ons. It is just nxt door to the singapore clinic.

(1) We stayed in room #1006. When we walk into this room for the first moment, it smells like fungus smell. We didn't notice what was happening. Later, after dinner, we returned to the room, and all the cosmetics and some gift items we had packed were soaked and wet because we had put them on the TV counter. Later, we found the WHOLE wall having running down water on the right side of the TV wall and also on the left side of the TV wall, and the water was not just like drips; it was full of water, wet the whole tables and the floor carpet, maybe that cost the fungus smell. So we moved all the items that were put near that wall. Of course, we did tell the front desk, and they asked if we had opened the window. We replied, of course not, but the water dripping was serious. We only stayed 5 nights, and we hope that after the holiday season, they can fix this issue. (2) The housekeeping didn't lay the bed sheet well; it seems the bed sheet is too small, enough to cover, but not enough to cover all beds by folding the bed sheet, it's like laying a tablecloth on a table and not for the bed. (3) Shower room @ shower area- Shower Gel empty didn't refill. (4) The main concern for our travel to This hotel is how to carry our bags from the taxi arrival to the reception floor. Even worse, after a few day's stay, we bought many items and more worries about how to carry them down to take a taxi to the airport, some days we are lucky we have a helper to help to carry up our bags, but most of the time, we are not so fortunate. We sincerely wish the hotel could build a slope on the right side of the stairs so we could pull our bags up to the front desk more easily. We had no plan to send any complaints and comments, so we didn't take any photos, but the hotel sure knows all what happened.
