Was a great experience with nice staff and service- Esp Jane at the reception was super helpful and considerate to help us out in all our needs. The nature was extraordinary and the breakfast is really healthy and great options. One downside is the hotel is in a remote area which is nice and quiet however only has 1 option of restaurant so a bit limited. Would be nice to have more options of restaurant and food.

One of the best places I have stayed. Rooms are insane, food is great, alas limited options. Surrounding is tranquil. The service was very good as well. Nice people.

I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! He prepared a birthday cake surprise for my son which turned the day into an unforgettable birthday. Many thanks to all at Conrad Tonglu

We stayed through Chinese New Year at this amazing hotel that's nestled in a tranquil water-colored lakescape. Our suite is pretty sizable with the balcony offering a panoramic view of wild nature mirrored in a pristine lake. It's definitely a perfect get-away destination. Conrad staff are sweet and lovely. They're ready to serve you and give you best experiences you can imagine. We're particularly impressed with Wise, a lady who'd go an extra mile making you feel like home. I'd recommend Conrad Tonglu to any who'd like to get away from the urban hustle and bustle and stay soaked in pure nature and upscale services.

The overall style is very internet celebrity style. There is a villa area between the water and the water, so the view is better in places with higher floors. The room facilities are very new and complete. Transportation: The hotel area starts from the foot of the mountain, so it is said that only SF Express can deliver to the hotel lobby. Other express delivery, take-out, including Cainiao Logistics, can only be delivered to the distribution point a few kilometers away from the foot of the hotel. You can only call an express car to go down the mountain. If you don’t drive yourself and have hygiene requirements, it is best to consider chartering a car. Reservation and check-in: When booking, I noted that my legs and feet were inconvenient, and I was arranged a room very close to the lobby. Linna contacted me on WeChat one day in advance to ask about the approximate arrival time. There is no mandatory extra bed for three people. It is suggested that you can first see whether the sofa meets the sleeping needs before deciding whether to add a bed. All questions during the stay were answered by the front desk. It was communicated that there was no need for cleaning, and water, coffee and paper towels were enough. However, only water and paper towels were delivered the first time, and coffee was not given until I called again. Food: Breakfast is quite rich, but eggs benedict needs to be booked with the front desk one day in advance. Other omelettes can be ordered on the spot. Rice noodles are good There are many kinds of toppings. The hotel mainly serves Chinese food. The Western restaurant is more decorated. The menu cannot fill one page. So we originally booked one day each and changed to Chinese food. The Chinese food is stable and remarkable. The manager on duty on the first day introduced each dish in detail, from ingredients to production process. The wrong dish was served during the meal on the second day. Another manager on duty explained it very frankly and gave a reduction. This is commendable. After all, it is difficult for me to tell if a fried rice is served wrong. I just think the taste is different from what I expected. But the only drawback is that the hotel with such inconvenient transportation has too few room service options during non-meal time and no vending machines. I suggest referring to some hot spring hotels in Japan with one night and two meals. There will be more activities. Other services: The Internet celebrity swimming pool is beautiful, but the locker room is very small. There are five lockers and two shower rooms. It is not connected to the main building of the hotel. You have to walk outdoors for a while to change elevators. It is in the same building as the travel photography office. The travel photography appointment was wrong. In the end, the weather was bad and no photos were taken. But when I went swimming, I encountered the travel photography occupying the swimming pool for photography. The hotel staff apologized again and again. We were leaving so it didn't matter, but if you really want to have a good swim, it would be uncomfortable to see someone posing in a swimsuit.

The hotel balcony has a great view, the service is great, the room hygiene is as good as always, especially Jane, the front desk receptionist, who provides great service and patiently and carefully solves every problem.

We checked in with our dog at the pet room jointly owned by Zeal and Tonglu Conrad, which is free of pet cleaning fees and also gave us a lot of Zeal products. The hotel itself has a huge garden for dogs to roam around, and dogs can go down the ground in the hotel, as long as they are on a leash. Jane was the one who received us at check-in and check-out. The service was very thoughtful and the introduction to the hotel was very detailed. Because we wanted to make an appointment for the tennis court on the last day, and a guest happened to make an appointment at the time we originally planned, Jane and other hotel staff also delayed our check-out time within their ability, making the experience of this trip more complete. I have seen some small comments on the service of foreign employees in the hotel on other platforms before, but as far as our experience this time is concerned, the foreign employees are at least very enthusiastic towards us, especially "Su Wei" (sorry I didn't remember his English name clearly, the Chinese name should be pronounced this way), when he drove the shuttle bus to send us back to the front desk, he also took the initiative to offer to take us to the highest point of the hotel to check in and take pictures, but their Chinese really needs to be improved slowly, hahaha, otherwise English conversation is more efficient.
