One of the best places I have stayed. Rooms are insane, food is great, alas limited options. Surrounding is tranquil. The service was very good as well. Nice people.

I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! He prepared a birthday cake surprise for my son which turned the day into an unforgettable birthday. Many thanks to all at Conrad Tonglu

We stayed through Chinese New Year at this amazing hotel that's nestled in a tranquil water-colored lakescape. Our suite is pretty sizable with the balcony offering a panoramic view of wild nature mirrored in a pristine lake. It's definitely a perfect get-away destination. Conrad staff are sweet and lovely. They're ready to serve you and give you best experiences you can imagine. We're particularly impressed with Wise, a lady who'd go an extra mile making you feel like home. I'd recommend Conrad Tonglu to any who'd like to get away from the urban hustle and bustle and stay soaked in pure nature and upscale services.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful, the morning, noon and evening of Jiangnan ink painting have their own scenery. Three meals are basically spent in the hotel, the food is good, the choice is relatively small, and it is a pity that there is no bar. The hotel is not well prepared for the sudden rise in temperature. The service staff is still trying their best, but it seems that they still lack experience. The air conditioner in the room is a bit loud, but all the natural beauty makes up for these shortcomings. A good mountain healing trip~

This is the second hotel I stayed in Hangzhou. The room is quite large. Enter the living room, turn left to the room, the space between the room and the TV is large enough to put another bed, turn left again to the bathroom, shower room and toilet, this space is larger than the room. Outside the room and living room is a super long and wide balcony. Sitting on the sofa on the balcony, watching the ever-changing ink painting in front of you is really pleasing to the eye. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious. I recommend crispy chicken for dinner and fish soup wontons for breakfast. Before checking in, Korey added me on WeChat and gave me information about surrounding tours and photo check-ins. Because it rained that day, I couldn't go to some places, but I still appreciate the hotel's thoughtfulness. I will go again if I go to Hangzhou next year.

I had a wonderful experience at Conrad. The environment was so quiet with only the chirping of birds, and there was a large lawn and greenery downstairs with two super cute alpacas. The room was equipped with a capsule coffee machine + bose ultra950 home theater + Bairuide washing and care. I had breakfast outdoors in the morning, and the late spring wind blew the leaves. I also saw a well-fed Labrador. The housekeeper Korey was also very helpful and responded very quickly. Thumbs up! I have always wanted to stay at Conrad Tonglu. This time, there was a two-night package for 2999, so I booked it immediately. I had to pay the difference of 1300 for two more days on weekends. There were two bathrooms inside and outside, which were also very spacious. There was a bathtub outside the shower and two wash basins, so you don't have to fight when you use them together. The shower gel smelled good, too, I liked it. There were also Nestle coffee capsules and tea bags in the minibar, and iced cola in the refrigerator, which really satisfied me after a day of walking on the Ma Ling Ancient Trail! ! The hotel can also send ice buckets for ice wine and ice cubes for drinking, which is really happy. It was super comfortable and happy to drink and chat with my girlfriends at night. My favorite breakfast in the hotel is fish soup wontons. I eat two servings every morning. The omelette area is also good, and the coffee is also good. I like everyone to have breakfast together on the balcony, so happy. Finally, the hotel provided free travel photography, which was called Wutong Pure Photography. It was very good. The hotel's riverside garden and green space were very photogenic, and the photographers were also very responsible. In the end, I was overwhelmed by the selection of photos, and I wanted them all. I recommend using travel photography more often, and I feel relieved. In addition, for dinner near the hotel, I recommend going to Qingyun Restaurant in the village next to it.
