Was a good hotel.

It is terrible that I requested.bottles of water that took me over an hour and still not send to me, then I come to the front desk to complain about it, and them she is even frightened and more anger than I do. I don't know what kind of service is that?

Room had little to do with the images on trip.com. Room was dark with no direct sunlight (wall around 50cm in front of the window). Morning shower was interrupted with an unpleasant surprise as the shower head fell onto me. Both complaints were adressed during check-out the same day, but staff were obviously not trained for complaints and could not handle my feedback, very disappointing for an 'upscale hotel'. trip.com service on the other hand was flawless as usual.

I stayed here for 4 days as a solo travelers. Very comfortable bed, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Within walking distance of Centro Historico attractions. I paid a very reasonable price for A4 start hotel. Recommended!

It's not a quite nice experience living there. Can you imagine a 4-star business hotel unable to provide WIFI service during the entire SUNDAY? And the front desk said they can do nothing about that situation. Unbelievable! Besides those, it's an okay choice for biz trip.

Location of hotel is in a dodgy area. We felt unsafe when we went out in the evening. It's not a 4star hotel as the aircon was not working very well and also hotel asked to pay for room toiletries. Service was okay. The staff were not friendly and did not smile. So didn't feel welcome like in Asia.

Amenities are minimum only. No tissues, no toothpaste & brushes. Strict to check-in time and need to wait until 3pm in accordance with hotel regulations. I don’t think I’ll come back there next time.

I booked this place last minute, but I wouldn’t choose this location again. The room was acceptable, but the breakfast was overpriced. I strongly advise against using their laundry and dry cleaning services, my shirt was stained, and they refused to offer any compensation.

The hotel is centrally located. Near the tourist spots - walkable. Hotel staff are friendly. Room is clean. Area is safe even for a late night food crawl. Short Uber ride away from other tourist districts. Definitely will stay again in our next CDMX visit.

Good modern hotel and nearby main sightseeings in downtown. A lot of noise from traffic outside because it is nearby a main road.

Very bad insulation, it’s close to street. Very very noisy, can’t sleep well Also, the breakfast very less choice But Bed is good, comfortable
