"Previous experience was great however this time we were put in a family room with a connecting door where we could hear the conversation they were having in the next room. Unfortunately above us we had a herd of elephants that charged up and down the room all night! Premier inn ask you to ssssh tiptoe through the corridor but don't ask guests to have the same respect in their rooms. Rooms could be better allocated and a customer service course needs to be offered to the rude female employee that thought an argument was the best way to deal with tired disappointed customers!"

A special shout-out to the breakfasts too, which were top-end with great produce .. and our room which was a Louise Brooks Art Deco inspired treat.
