The rooms here are spacious with modern amenities, including a capsule coffee machine and a microwave. The hotel is conveniently located near Shek Mun Station, with plenty of dining options in the vicinity. Shek Mun MTR also offers easy access to West Kowloon Station. It's a quiet retreat despite its bustling surroundings, and MTR access makes getting around a breeze. The front desk staff spoke excellent Mandarin and were very helpful. The price was affordable, and our two-night stay was very comfortable, offering great value for money. Highly satisfied and recommended! It had been a while since I last visited Hong Kong, and during this trip, after exploring for a few days, I found Mandarin widely spoken everywhere. Mobile payments for transport and shopping were also incredibly convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience!

This hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland. We took the hotel shuttle to the MTR station, followed by two MTR transfers to reach the park. Despite reading negative comments online and bracing myself for potential discrimination, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, patiently answering all our questions. Many even spoke Mandarin. The hotel itself was very quiet, and for the price, it offered exceptional value for money in Hong Kong. (P1: Exterior view taken from inside the hotel.)

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service. From the moment I stepped out of the car, the bellhop proactively assisted with my luggage, to the front desk staff who swiftly processed my check-in and thoughtfully upgraded my room – every single employee greeted me with a genuine smile and a warm welcome. A member of the housekeeping team even hand-wrote a welcome card, which was a wonderfully warm and personal touch. This level of customer-centric service goes far beyond the 5-star amenities. I would absolutely choose to return here for the service alone.

There are no bathroom supplies in Hong Kong, but the rooms are big and convenient for shopping. As soon as I entered the door, I found a small nail on the floor. Fortunately, I found it early, otherwise I might have to see a doctor if I am not careful!
Great location, close to the MTR station and a big shopping mall with many restaurants is just downstairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The carpet in the room is a little dirty and the room is not dusted very well. And the furnitures are a little worn out. Bathroom small but okay. The check-in area is a small room and has no furnitures for you to sit down. The main receiption hall next door is packed with vending machines, not a nice area to receive any friends or family, making it look like a cheaper hotel than the amount of money they charge for.
Overall, very good. I booked a pre-sale deal through Ctrip for just over 590. There was an additional 100 HKD surcharge for checking in on a Friday. This year, the Hong Kong government introduced a 3% tax, which amounted to over 18 HKD. So, the total came to around 700 HKD. We received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room with a 1.3-meter bed. Considering Hong Kong hotel prices, this offered excellent value for money.
In terms of location, it's very close to Nam Cheong MTR station, just a 5-minute walk from Exit B. It's only one MTR stop away from West Kowloon. To get to Disneyland, you only need to make one transfer, and it's a total of three stops. The next day, we also visited the Science Museum near Hung Hom station, which was also a direct few stops on the same line.
The room was small but incredibly well-equipped. As my daughter put it, 'It's small but cute!' My 7-year-old daughter and I shared a bed, and it was sufficient for us, but for a family of three, this room type wouldn't accommodate everyone comfortably. It seemed possible to cook, as the room had an oven-like appliance, and there appeared to be a communal kitchen too. Since we only stayed for one night, we didn't get to explore all the hotel's facilities. The room was clean, and the bedding was quite comfortable. It would be even better to visit in the summer, as there's also an infinity pool available for use.
The service was also excellent. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and enthusiastic. We would definitely consider staying here again!
