Iclub Hotels in Hong Kong

This was a 700 rmb hotel. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was functional for an overnight stay. Walkable to Kai Tak stadium, we had breakfast in McDonalds just a 2 minute walk. It was safe. It had left luggage and we were surprised that they allowed us an early check in which was unexpected but super kind. Will be using this hotel again.

The hotel is located at the entrance of Nathan Road, about an 8-minute walk to the Mong Kok MTR station, which is very convenient. The room is small, given the price, I can't ask for more. Although there aren't many facilities, it is relatively clean. You can have coffee and a small selection of bread on the terrace, and the staff responsible for the breakfast on the terrace are very friendly.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to share this experience. I was really looking forward to this trip and paid over 5,000 baht for my stay, expecting decent service and a smooth check-in — especially on the first day. Unfortunately, everything started going wrong from the beginning. At check-in, I was told my room was on the 11th floor, but it was actually on the 19th. I don’t understand why I was given the wrong information. Later, I tried to charge my phone using an adapter I brought from Thailand, but it didn’t work properly — possibly due to low voltage. I charged for almost 2 hours and the battery still didn’t go up. I asked the front desk if I could charge my phone there just for a few minutes while waiting for my friend to bring another adapter, but they refused and told me to buy a new one from the vending machine, which was quite expensive. I felt that was very unfair because I had my own equipment. I even brought my adapter down to show them and asked if they could check the electricity in my room. A housekeeper came twice and said the power was working, but still, my phone didn’t charge. I was exhausted from explaining everything again and again. The receptionist asked if I wanted to change rooms, but I was already too tired. All I wanted was to charge my phone. Finally, a kind housekeeper lent me her personal adapter — and I could finally charge my phone. By then, it was already late. I hadn’t eaten and most of the shops nearby were closed. What was supposed to be a relaxing first day turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience For the 5,000+ baht I paid, I honestly don’t think it was worth it. I expected better service from the start.

Thank you To Ms Idol and Ms Anna at the front desk for their warm hospitality. Their service was very considerate and made my stay very pleasant. I look forward to meeting them again.

It is great location, easy to access to all the shops, restaurants and very closed to one of HK icon ”Hollywood Road”, always famous of the antique shops. However, the hotel address is a bit confusing even taxi driver couldn't find the hotel at first place. Hotel is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel provides some light breakfast and tea and coffee at the lobby is all-you-can-drink.

Hotel room is clean and big enough to open up 2 big luggage. Toiletries are provided. There is a lounge with water dispenser and coffee machine. You can have cup noodles at the lounge. There are complimentary bread and basic spread every morning 7am-10am. The aircon is centrally controlled so you cannot adjust when it's too cold at night. The location is about 8mins walk from A5 exit and need to jaywalk a little unless you don't mind walking a little more to use the 2 traffic lights. Tram is 2 mins away from hotel so you can take it to Causeway Bay and Tin Hau. Plenty of famous food places within walking distance like Joy Hing, Kam's Roast, Lung Dim Sum, Bill Kee Wanton Mee, Bakehouse.
