Service is great. Ladies at front desk are awesome. Bring your universal plug. Charging port is at the foyer by check in. Toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Slippers provided. Towels provided. unlimited Coffee at 3rd floor by check in ... suitcase storage available. Room service ladies are also 👍 good. Ask for a room away from the elevator, the elevator can be noisy at night. I enjoyed my stay here. I recommend this hotel.

ICLUB was such a wonderful surprise for budget accommodation in HK. Location is super convenient and the hotel itself boasts excellent service comfortable and functional rooms and a 2nd floor smoke free complementary coffee and snack bar that's a wonderful place to start and finish your day. Everything was beyond expectation. Will book again next time I visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very convenient, plenty eatery and Fast Food restaurants at your doorstep. Within 10mins walking distance to Monkok Station.

The complimentary light breakfast and all-day coffee/tea at the iLounge were fantastic perks. Even though we booked a room-only rate, the hotel kindly offered a light breakfast, which was incredibly helpful for budget travelers like us. The front desk staff were not only very polite but also quite charming. The room wasn't as small as we'd anticipated, and its location is superb, just a two-minute walk to the 'Ding Ding' tram stop. The view from the window was beautiful, offering a lovely glimpse of Hong Kong's architecture.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, making it very convenient for exploring Hong Kong. The room is spacious by local standards and offers good value for the price. It looks just like the photos, with modern and clean furnishings. The only minor issues were the hairdryer and TV, which could be improved—especially since the TV lacked channels. Overall, it’s a safe and comfortable place to stay, with friendly and helpful staff throughout. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. I’d definitely recommend it for a reliable and convenient stay.

**Felt Very Much at Home** I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and felt right at home, both in the room and in the neighborhood. There were a couple of minor inconveniences. My room wasn't ready at the standard check-in time, resulting in an hour's wait. I also found that communication was sometimes harder as almost all of the staff were wearing masks. However, the positives far outweighed these issues. The room itself was excellent—bright and spacious with windows on both sides. A major plus for me was the **large desk**, which was very convenient. The room was well-equipped and also included a microwave. The free coffee service was fantastic. The coffee was very tasty and it was served in a pleasant lounge with a nice view of the road, along with TV, newspapers, and some bread. The fitness room was a standout feature, open 24 hours and well-equipped with free weights, mats, and cardio machines. Ultimately, the combination of a comfortable, functional room and a great neighborhood full of restaurants made for a very enjoyable stay that truly felt like a home away from home.
