The room is VERY CLEAN and comfortable cozy once you're inside. You have a VERY QUIET comfortable private space of your own once inside. All amentities were included : showgel, brushes, blowdryer, mini fridge, tea kettle n all(even washing service). The wall plugs were the traveller-friendly type w/ usb charger in them, one can just plug-in all your phone devices n electronic gadgets in them and start charging. The air conditioning and the cleaniness made the room felt comfortable cozy inside. The atmosphere is very warm n home-like in this hostel with helpful staffs. They provided free washing service and managed to give back the washed clothes. The doors have two levels (front door, then your room door) and uses digital-number entry(not the swipe card type), cameras are everywhere in hallway, you feel safer inside. Location is just at the heart of the city central from everywhere (main shopping, food, main tourist sites) by foot, just 1min walk right outside the T.S.T main A1 exit, you won't miss it. Greatest affordable Value overall for the great central location, cleaniness n comfortableness of rooms inside, n warm overall environment w/ helpful attentive staff inside. Would Definitely book this place again.!

So now there are long termers in almost every room. Especially 8 bed mixed. It means the room will have too many things in there and people with late night or other habits. Making it so difficult to get a decent sleep. The staff at the front desk is absolutely basic. In the sense they are disinterested and I don't know if they are picked from mainland or they have become like that due to Hong Kong, but they lack customer service and language skills. It needs to improve. Some rooms require renovation and so many long term lodgers that look like homeless.

The hotel is in the city center, close to the subway station and bus stop, easy to travel to. Cleanliness is fair. The room is small. Suitable for staying alone. The receptionist is friendly, good service, able to borrow power plugs and hair dryers at the reception. The elevator to the hotel is shared with other residents. Waited a little long and was small.

Let's talk about the disadvantages first: 1. When you live with many people, you need to be patient and accommodating to each other, and earplugs and eye masks need to be prepared in advance. For example, some people are afraid of heat and want to turn down the air conditioner, while others are afraid of cold or can't stand the direct wind and want to turn it up; some people want to open the window because it's stuffy, while others think it's too noisy to open the window (the window faces the road), etc. 2. The supply of hot water is tight. If you want to eat instant noodles or make tea or coffee at night, you may have to queue up. The rest are advantages: enough cold water, basically no need to prepare adapter plugs, independent bathroom, public microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, hair dryer, basic hygiene can be guaranteed, and the price is relatively cheap. Complaints: The new elevator is broken, and the old elevator is scary to ride.

Stay in a triple room~ a double bed, a single bed, the space is not small, there is enough space to organize luggage, bathroom space is all available, toothbrushes, bath products, hair dryers, air conditioners, TVs, extension cords, electric teapots, bath towels and towels are all available! Especially the bath towels and towels are very water-absorbing, the mattress is comfortable, the public space has a refrigerator, a water dispenser, a microwave oven, and a mask and alcohol disinfection and epidemic prevention (new coronary pneumonia). The building has an administrator and elevator. The door is a code lock. The door is induction with a room card. You can store your luggage after check-out. Near Tsim Sha Tsui/Tsim Tung MTR station and airport bus A21 stop sign, very cheap and clean, service staff service is excellent, the room is cleaned every day, it is highly recommended 😍, the room on the side of the road is slightly noisy (just next to the bus stop sign, there are earplugs attached)

The location is really convenient for buses, trains, and restaurants, as you can simply go down the street and walk around. I also met some Filipinos in the building, which made me feel more at ease and I can say that it is a safe environment. I'm aware that rooms in HK are small especially in Tsim Sha Tsui. But this place is quite nice to sleep for the night. There's a 100 hkd deposit at check-in. It's close to a bar called eye bar where you can see the perfect panoramic view of the harbor. The sign name is actually Seasons Garden not Seasons Hotel.

Hotel is clean, water is very strong for showering. Good location near bus stops and MTR . Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Hawkers selling fruits and night markets within walking distances.
