I recently reserved a room at this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and I inquired about the possibility of a complimentary upgrade or a birthday cake to add a special touch to the occasion. Despite not receiving a response from the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had upgraded my room and even provided a lovely birthday treat. I am genuinely grateful for this unexpected gesture and wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks.  I highly recommend this hotel for a stay and I am looking forward to returning in the future.

It was a very short one-night stay. The room was okay. The lights in the common areas were very dim, and the walls were all dark so it didn’t give me a very good vibe. Maybe people who don’t prefer seeing other people’s faces will like that.

Nice hotel and nearby the Tuen Mun MTR station. A shopping mall is nearby with restaurants and just only 3 min walking distance.

Hotel is a bit far away from Tuen Mun MTR station . But the hotel room still good and comfortable. There are restaurants around . The room is single bed room but the bed size is too small for two people

The hotel is close to the train station and V Mall, in front of the hotel there's a cafe and the menu very good and value for money

Twenty minutes to airport, good location and price for one night stay then to airport

Have some blood spot at the bed

I had a long stay in this hotel, found it inconvenient without a wardrobe, they design a medium size mental bar to hang your clothes to save some space as shown on my photo. There is no door in the shower block and I always feel cold when taking shower. Futhermore, no bedside table to leave your personal stuff like mobile phone, water bottle or night beauty care and I have to move a chair next to my bed for my whole stay. I end up eating on my bed as there is no more chair for me to eat at the table The pillow is saggy and has unpleasant smell ! The worst thing is there is no " do not disturb" sign in the room and the cleaner rang my bell while I was sleeping. In general, it's not a pleasant stay, don't recommend this hotel for a long stay

Staff are very nice and helpful! I arrived early due to my flight. Front desk very helpful and check in early for me and upgraded. Room is clean and big. I really like is hardwood floor. Cleaning staff are nice. I requested late check out due to car pick up and no issues. There is restaurant downstairs. Light rail and west rail station very close by. Walkable distance to the shopper center. Police and fire station across the hotel feel safe . Most important only take 20 mins to airport by car ride. I recommend to anyone for this hotel when stay in HK

It was a pleasant stay. Everyone are polite and helpful. All in all completely satisfied.. Will go again there when I come to hk..

Near to some great food! Clean and spacious room. Wish it provided hair cap but at least it had a hair dryer.

Clean new hotel near industrial building, with 24 hours store such as 7-11 nearby, otherwise there’s limited options for food. The fastest bus to airport is A34, it’s about 33 minutes, but you have to move luggage to the road about 10 mins walk
