Carrie and loyalty team took good care of us. They are very friendly and professional, which attracts us coming back once again. They treat us like family!! Night view, sunrise, pool, breakfast (huge buffet), comfortable beds, room service was fast and food was good. 10 out of 10. Perfect stay.

I spent several days at W Shanghai, and it was truly an amazing hotel. The location is excellent, as it is very close to the station and directly connected to a shopping mall. A short walk from the hotel offers breathtaking views of The Bund. The hotel facilities and restaurants were all highly satisfying, and the breakfast options were absolutely delicious. The service and staff were exceptional, providing a level of hospitality that exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai.

I really loved this place. It’s in a very beautiful position. I chose a room with a wonderful view on Shanghai and I could enjoy Shanghai lights lying on the couch. They are so kind and helped me a lot. There are high level services. You will enjoy staying here.

The hotel breakfast was delicious. And there are many stores(mart and convenience store) and restaurants near the hotel.

Gigi at the Away Spa was amazing. My husband and I usually stay at the W Hotel around my birthday. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean as always!
