I cannot accept they served toilet paper like this in the toilet at their reception area. See pictures.

Great location. Small room. Could do with renovation e.g. old peeling and marked wallpaper, towels not in great condition

literally opposite of the station, convenience store downstairs. Around 14000w-17000w taxi fare to the airport and the inspire arena fr the hotel.

Room is small but has everything you will need, even a washing machine. Room is also very bright which rare nowadays. Check in and out was efficient and staff friendly. Recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Will be staying there again this week for 2 more nights before we fly back to United States

Staffs are okay. They cannot receive packages prior to check-in. I would only recommend to those who have really early flight in ICN.

The staffs are not really friendly. The room clean but old. The smell is too strong in the room.

Instructions to find the entrance of the hotel are not clear...and the staff asked for a deposit (card or cash) when I checked-in

Great location with a lot restaurants open late nights. Free shuttle will cost more than taxi. Toilet is broken! I booked second room so have to use second room. Two rooms booked at same price, one is two big and one is too small. No idea but just for sleep anyway! Very difficult to find reception to check in as it is share by two hotels. Many Crews stayed at the hotel so check out take time.

Good location if you are watching concert at Inspire Arena.

Located across metro station but reception is on 3rd floor. One unfriendly staff among other very friendly ones in front desk. Zero amenities in room except a bar of soap, you need to pay extra. Small room with bed located awkwardly, making very difficult if two person stay together. You need to wash any dishes you use before checking out to avoid extra service charges. Too many rules for the room.

Convenient to airport. Shuttle back to airport is 2000won. Lots of restaurants and stores around.
