Art Hotel on York Reviews

The hotel itself is very beautiful, great location as well. However the room feels very stuffy, the balcony is locked only a small window is left open and the screen window is incredibly dusty, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Also the housekeeping is very unprofessional, she came straight in without even knocking the door around 9am while we are still sleeping, just saying hello when unlocking the door. Unhappy about that.

The overall environment is full of classic beauty. It's a pity that the bathroom does not have a hand-held shower. It would be perfect if it had one.

The hotel has a strong artistic atmosphere with many paintings and European-style decorations. The environment is good and parking is free. We arrived late and picked up the keys ourselves and the parking lady was very patient.

The hotel is quaint and was renovated from an old house. The corridors are full of artworks. It seems to be the property of an Argentinian artist owner. . It's because of the old house, so the room is relatively small.
