The shower temperature knob was a bit too sensitive and thus hard to adjust. Other than this, had a great stay and the hotel was just a few minutes from Wan Chai MTR. Staff is very attentive too.

The hotel is in a very convenient location with lots of restaurant and shops nearby.
There is also a kitchen in the room which is amazing!

The concierge was very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean enough.
The washing machine was put to good use throughout my stay for 5 days.
The hotel location is convenient, except one flaw is that you gotta walk up the steep hill to get to the entrance 😂
Got a raincoat from the vending machine as souvenir.
Overall, nice experience. Thank you 😃

A good location which easy to be assessed to mid to high range of eateries & markets/supermarkets.
Also feels good to be surrounded by historical buildings like the “Blue House”.
The nearest bus stop can bring travellers to Admiralty, Central Star Ferry or return from The Peak & Stanley Market. Pls take notes the Airport Bus only available in the early mornings😅
Apt provides many useful equipment such as water filter machine, toaster, pots & pans washing machine with dryer functions, flower vase etc.
Love 😍 the free-flow coffee throughout the day & breakfast snacks & fruits (very thoughtful).
Front desk staff are friendly & always ready to provide assistance👍🏼👍🏼
Only setback is the deep slope in front of the apt.
But I got better stamina after staying there for 12 days 😁

The place is neat and tidy. The hotel provided free coffee(24hr) and free bread in the morning which is thoughtful and nice.

It is strongly advised against staying at this hotel. The sound insulation is very poor, the service attitude is bad, and the hotel is located on a steep slope, which is quite inconvenient. Even with the "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging on the door, the cleaners still ignored it and entered directly

The bed is SO FIRM! it’s almost like sleeping on a cupboard. On the contrary, the pillows are not firm enough to support my head so it’s either too low or too high.
Not very soundproof- I could easily hear people opening/closing doors when in bed. I was woken up by the noise for a couple of times.
The water filtration machine in the kitchen is a bit difficult to use. For some reasons it still showed ‘no water’ after I added water, and the instructions were not very clear.
They don’t provide free toothbrush and toothpaste so you’ll need to prepare your own or purchase ($15hkd for 2).
Cleanliness- some molds on the toilet paper roll thingy. See picture.
Service was good thought. The staff was very polite and responsive on WhatsApp.

Expensive but really big, TV, kitchen, shower and toilet separated. Breakfast for free (coffe and some muffins or fruit)
Totally recommended.
Only know that the access it has is on a really sharped road, not easy for everyone.

Good value. Nice room with comfortable bed, sofa, dining area, kitchen and washing machine, and lobby floor common sitting lounges. However, the main entrance is located on a half way uphill narrow road, which makes it a little difficult to walk up and down to the main road, especially with luggages or for someone with bad knees.

The room is very cozy, newly renovated. Love that they have a large table so you can eat there with some basic kitchenware.

Nice and cosy hotel away from the Main Street. But the entrance to the hotel is a bit weird up the mini mountain stairs and car is difficult to enter only one way direction. Service was mediocre but free coffee and snacks during the day. Room is loft size and design.
