The bed is SO FIRM! it’s almost like sleeping on a cupboard. On the contrary, the pillows are not firm enough to support my head so it’s either too low or too high. Not very soundproof- I could easily hear people opening/closing doors when in bed. I was woken up by the noise for a couple of times. The water filtration machine in the kitchen is a bit difficult to use. For some reasons it still showed ‘no water’ after I added water, and the instructions were not very clear. They don’t provide free toothbrush and toothpaste so you’ll need to prepare your own or purchase ($15hkd for 2). Cleanliness- some molds on the toilet paper roll thingy. See picture. Service was good thought. The staff was very polite and responsive on WhatsApp.

Expensive but really big, TV, kitchen, shower and toilet separated. Breakfast for free (coffe and some muffins or fruit) Totally recommended. Only know that the access it has is on a really sharped road, not easy for everyone.

Nice and cosy hotel away from the Main Street. But the entrance to the hotel is a bit weird up the mini mountain stairs and car is difficult to enter only one way direction. Service was mediocre but free coffee and snacks during the day. Room is loft size and design.

I checked in and immediately used the washing machine, only to find it blocked and thus the area flooded... not ideal. With a tight schedule and dinner plans, this was quite inconvenient. Although the issue was resolved that evening, the staff showed little acknowledgment of the disruption. When I requested some time to shower and leave, the reception was initially difficult and unresponsive. Otherwise the room was well equiped and modern enough.

Hidden location in city town and the hotel name did not indicate at the entrance clearly. Prompt and attentive service. Equipped with cooking stove, utensils, washing machine, water dispenser. Compare to other hotels, the basic hotel room is relatively spacious

The room was surprisingly spacious, equipped with a washing machine, small kitchen and fridge. Little snack were offered on arrival which was much appreciated. The location was also great, a few minutes walking from Wan Chai station, several nice places around as well. Only be mindful that you have to climb a bit to reach to hotel, it can be tricky if you have heavy luggages or mobility limitations…

it's my 3rd time to stay at YingN Flo in Wanchai. My room's AC is dripping, the Guest Service Team responded quickly at the whatsapp, and arranged another room for me, with an upgrade. The team is VERY helpful, I appreciated that. Will go back again soon. They are always very efficient and helpful. We like the view too.

Location was great to explore Hongkong. The little hill to get up to the hotel is a great everyday work out. The free breakfast snacks came in handy during early hours of jet lag.

Expect to trek up a pretty steep and winding road to get to the hotel. Yongflo sits halfway up a pretty steep hill but once arrived the rooms are nice, with small kitchen, toaster, washing machine and decent bathroom. Good for an extended stay in HK. Staff was helpful and kind, Coffee is available all day in the lobby, mornings have some small snacks and fruits. A little off the main roads but also calm and quiet.

The location is very nice, even though they have no gym, you could hike the Peak right behind it to do excercise, much better than in door gym

It’s kinda rare to see a room with a cookable kitchen in town! (It will be better if it comes with some kitchen towels) So far It’s a great experience for us. Thanks for the reception upgrading our room and detailed service introduction. The hotel location is just fine but just be careful the slippery slope in rainy days.
