The location of the hotel is far away from all attraction place. However, the staff is very kind and helpful. In overall, we enjoy the stay!!.

The overall experience at this hotel was great. The staff are all friendly. Huong, the receptionist was amazing and very helpful. I do recommend getting a room with a balcony as other rooms don't have any natural light. The location is good as it is close to a lot of things. Thank you!

Good location that is near to old quarter, room is clean and tidy. Free breakfast provided but hope that there is a different menu each day as it was the same for 2 days when we are there. Good place as price as decent considering it is a budget hotel.

Good place to stay and near the Old Town, the staff was amazing and very helpful.

Overall not bad for budget hotel. do take note if u are going out late at night they will close the shuttle but just knock and the person will open for u

Pros: Decent room, except for the fact that there is no window looking out to the outside of the building, as advertised. Cons: A little too far from the Old Quarter. The breakfast was underwhelming. There is a no-smoking policy, but we smelled cigarette smoke on our floor on more than one occasion.

Great stay at this hotel located by Hanoi Train station and Train street. It is also about 30 minutes walk from Old Quarter of the city. Room was spacious, clean and the staff were extremely welcoming throughout my stay, particularly staff on reception. Breakfast was basic Asian with toast and jam, fruit as well. Nice place for a brief stay.

What a beautiful place! It’s located well, it’s central to everything. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The place is well kept and clean. I definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Good for budget

we just chooses this hotel for staying 2 days only for sleep. Everything was fine compare as price. However staffs are not good English.
