Hotel is quite close to the train station and metro, very convenient. Breakfast is okay enough, 24 hrs supplying hot vand, tea and coffee, super nice. The reception guy is pretty kind, and passionate. very impressive, how important the reception position.

Super convenient , train and metro station just less than 5 mins walk . Staff friendly and free luggage storage. Room spacious and bed comfortable.

Nice location and super nice service provided! The hotel is near to the Copenhagen Central station! Every was nice inside the room but just quite old. The breakfast is super delicious! Would definitely recommend to a group of friends to stay here when visiting Copenhagen!

stayed for 2 nights in September 2023. location was great, less than 5 minutes to central station.
had a nice stay overall but a couple issues to point out:
1. shower was super tiny and cramped
2. hand soap bottle was empty since we checked in
3. shower gel / shampoo wasn't refilled enough for my entire stay and had to ask the staff at the reception for more since we didn't plan to get housekeeping and was too late to realize it was running out as the bottle didn't have an indicator of how much was left. however, staff was friendly and delivered a new bottle to our room within 30 mins

Property was so old and the room we stayed had a cracked sink, shower floor with scratches, no air conditioning and the room was very dusty.
Staffs were friendly and the breakfast was very good.
Will submit the picture later.

Lovely hotel, really good location for the Copenhagen central train station. Basic room but we literally only used it for sleeping in! Had to ask for extra pillows as we only had 1 each but reception were lovely. Would stay again if coming back to Copenhagen!

Location is perfect, next to metro station and central station. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room itself was bright with direct sunlight, clean and spacious to Copenhagen standards. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Totally recommended if you’re looking for a central location in Copenhagen

The front desk team was fantastic. That said, the actual room was terrible. It smelled poorly, seemed unkempt, and the sheets seemed stained. I asked for room service and only got my towels changed. The hotel is on a street where ******* and dealers are on and they come out at night. They weren’t particularly threatening, but if you object to be being in that environment then this is not the place for you. Would not come back here.

Facilities: It's good. It's a good room. I booked an economy room just to save money. There are pancakes for breakfast, which is OK. The subway nearby is very convenient, and the central train station is just a stone's throw away. There is also a Chinese supermarket at the back, which is very convenient. There are three Chinese restaurants within 200 meters. Da Zhongguo is the best. It's also a little more expensive.
