Whenever I am on solo trip to HK, this is my go to accommodation. Location is very near the Mong Kok Station.
It was only in this situation (yesterday) that made me infuriated about the Nap - their self-check in was not working, and people are already lining up outside.
To cut it short, the manager (I dunno who - CS) doesn’t know how to handle situation and getting annoyed and stressed at all of us.

The customer service acted fast and excellently. I arrived earlier and was looking for a place for luggage storage, thankfully my bed was ready and I was able to check in earlier under the guidance of the customer service. Location was great since it is quite near to the MTR.

The pictures don’t match the location, the beddings weren’t washed well and were creased. It’s a unisex hostel but instead of having males in one room and females in the other you’re all mixed and feels unsafe. Finding the hostel was hard and outside the building is noisy and crowded. The showers were dirty too. I wanted a refund but unfortunately that wasn’t an option. The price doesn’t match the location.

The room was very little (we knew that) but the bathroom was tiny, it did not have a shower so you had to shower besides the toilet and get the whole bathroom wet (this was never shown on the photos of the hotel). It did not seem very clean, every time we would come in it would smell like sweat, the bathroom was mouldy and it was filled with cockroaches (when we notified the hotel they said they could ‘spray the room’ or cancel the reservation - they ‘sprayed’ but we still had roaches). The A/C was very dirty we never turned it on, gladly we had a window otherwise it would’ve been too warm. The towels provided were disgusting. Overall very dirty.
The instructions to check in/ find the hotel were not clear (it’s in a building with many hotels and we did not know the floor) I wrote to request early check in or to drop our bags earlier and it’s very difficult to get a response as they use a chatbot so the responses take time (also for the check-in code).
The positive aspect is its location, it’s very well located next to 2 main metro stations.
Our room had a window so it was breathable and had a very nice view otherwise it would’ve been terrible.

Great hotel for the price. Amazing location. Not great ventilation and not much space in the room besides the beds.

I was on a long layover in Hong Kong and I ended up booking a room last minute in Mong Kok, so that I could spend a couple of hours strolling around Kowloon and enjoying some local food. I thought this capsule hotel would be easy to find as it's on Nathan Rd, however it took quite long for me to find the actual building, correct entrance and lift (no clear signs downstairs). The worst part though was finding out there's an online self check-in before entering the hotel. It was taking me so much time to connect, call and figure out how to do it as there's no staff in the hotel (only someone who can be reached by phone). The second part of the check-in was even more confusing for someone arriving tired after a long flight. Luckily enough there was a Thai guest who was kind enough to help me out. I'm not sure if I could have sorted it out if he wasn't there. I believe there should always be a staff member available for convenience and safety. The capsule itself was clean and comfortable. If I remember correctly, male and female bathrooms were not divided.

The room smelt like cigarette smoke the whole time. No amount of spray can ever remove it. We just accepted that fact. It's my second time staying at Kingsland and it is much better than the other. I just hope there was a person we can contact.

It was stressful to check in, you have to message them in advance at least 30 mins before. Don’t expect to have staff 24/7 at the hotel. The blanket was smelly and not comfortable to sleep in. If you look for a cheaper and 1 day stays . This is for you

It is hard to find a hostel, however they have provided very clear instructions. Rooms are fresh and AC was working. I would recommend this hostel.

The place is clean and tidy. The bathrooms are small. If you arrive before 4pm, you will pay an additional fee of 100 Hong Kong dollars.

Budget option in Hong Kong. Value for money, but not the best one.
This was an okay stay.
The location was good, but everything else was average. The cleanliness was passable, and the amenities were bare.
Furthermore there was no laundry within the hostel itself, but there is a laundry place on the ground floor of the building.
Pretty sure it wasn’t a capsule hostel though, more like 2 bunk beds to a room with blinds that you could pull down for privacy.
I think there are cheaper places that offer the same amount of benefits for a lower price, but you would be sacrificing the cleanliness and location.
