excellent location. about 5 mins walk to Aomori JR station. you can find convenience store nearby. During my stay, AC only enables hot/ warm air. anyway reception service was nice and friendly. they also offered extra amenities, you can take them in lobby.

Staying here for a day, the place is walkable 5mins from Aomori Station, the place was great very clean and looking well, the tv have youtube, and the staff also very helpfull and can speak english

The front desk people are very professional and try all the efforts to help me. Even one of the staff can speak fluent Cantonese. English is not a problem at this hotel.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Located within downtown Aomori which means everything is very accessible. Hotel is old, but that doesn't mean it's bad. Just don't expect very modern looks or luxuriousness. The one downside is parking. There is parking, not expensive, but the parking lot in front of the hotel is often full because there are also guest who are using the parking for the adjoining restaurant. But if the parking is full, the hotel has another parking lot for you except that it's e blocks away. During summer this is not a problem, but I can imagine during Aomori winter's this can be less than desirable

Good location. Reasonable price. There is a smoking area in the hotel. The sea view was wonderful. The room was spacious and we were able to relax comfortably.

The location is great, not far from the station, expo and fish and vegetable market. Opposite the hotel is a famous ramen shop with many people queuing up every day. The view outside the window is unbeatable

The building is probably old, but that's not a problem. It was clean, and the only thing that felt old was the exterior. You have to take your own amenities, but you can stay empty-handed when it comes to skin care products.

It is relatively small, old but simple and clean. It is close to Aomori bus station and station, and there are many choices of restaurants in the surrounding area.

I wish there was a convenience store nearby. Breakfast prices are too expensive.

If you walk straight from Aomori Station and walk for about 5 minutes, you will see it right away. There is an izakaya on the basement floor. You can use most of the hotel facilities.

I really don’t recommend this hotel. The top floor room I was given at first smelled of cigarette smoke and I started coughing within 10 minutes. Later, I changed to a room on the top floor. The smell of cigarette smoke was gone, but there were all kinds of noises: people walking upstairs and jumping, doors and doors opening and closing next door, and there were knocks from unknown construction projects. The air conditioner sounded like a motor, so I had to turn it off. But there was still a sound, and I later found out that it might be the hotel's fresh air ventilation system, which couldn't be turned off. I sent an email and got no reply! The attitude is also very lazy! Why was I given the East Building instead of the Main Building? In short, Chanlu’s life is dark!
