excellent location. about 5 mins walk to Aomori JR station. you can find convenience store nearby. During my stay, AC only enables hot/ warm air. anyway reception service was nice and friendly. they also offered extra amenities, you can take them in lobby.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. One flop is the air conditioner is not working

Staying here for a day, the place is walkable 5mins from Aomori Station, the place was great very clean and looking well, the tv have youtube, and the staff also very helpfull and can speak english

The front desk people are very professional and try all the efforts to help me. Even one of the staff can speak fluent Cantonese. English is not a problem at this hotel.

Chain hotel, inexpensive. The transportation is quite convenient, not far from Aomori Station. Suitable for a one-night stay in Aomori. The room is small, suitable for one person.
