Great location right in the heart of downtown Heihe, walking distance to everywhere, the night market, the morning market, Russian Street, Amur River Park, Eateries, shops etc. It's a 12-room hotel runned by the owner himself, a one-man show. He us the reception, housekeeper, bellboy and security all rolled into one. A friendly and helpful chap. The room is basic with comfortable beds. The hotel has no other facilities. WiFi Internet speed is very slow.

It is not easy to operate but it should make guests feel comfortable. It is understandable that the road at the door is being built and it is inconvenient to walk. The room is relatively clean and the service is very good. However, the Internet TV in the room is overcharged and the noise is loud and cannot be used. The wifi fails every time you enter the room. It is very inconvenient to scan the QR code to log in, the facilities are not complete and there is no table or bench to place backpack items. The bathroom switch is not installed and is inhumane. The switch is more than two meters high. A short person cannot reach the switch and the water volume is very small. The location of the underground water leakage is high and there is a lot of water under the basin. The hotel is irresponsible, especially the overbearing clause that you are not allowed to check out 30 minutes after booking a room (this is a restriction imposed by some businesses that do not meet the standard), leaving guests with no time to inspect the room and unable to check out. It is recommended that Ctrip not recommend such merchants on the list (check-out is allowed before 18:00 that night).

We stayed at the hotel for two nights with our family. The hotel is not bad, if you don't nitpick, but it is not a family hotel at all. The administrator speaks Russian very well - this was a big plus. The hotel is in a very good location, in the very center of shopping, where all the stores were. But if you are going to relax from the hustle and bustle, this hotel is not for you. And of course, I would like the personal hygiene items (toothpaste, shampoo, gel) to be of a slightly better quality. And I didn't like the shower cabin, it simply wasn't there, it would have been much better with a partition. But basically everything was not bad.

The room was very clean, the bed was firm, and the mattress was moderately soft and comfortable. The room has windows, good lighting, and an excellent location. It is on Chengyang Street, with convenient transportation, close to the river, good scenery, and convenient for shopping and eating. The house price is very cost-effective.
