The hotel did nothing wrong. They followed normal procedures but could not provide any further service/help, which makes me feel bad about this experience. There’s no assistance in early checkin. I was planning to check in earlier to decorate the room for my girlfriend’s birthday surprise, but they were unable to offer any help. Even it is mentioned birthday celebration, There is no upgrade of room (tho it’s not mandatory service), but just only one very small “test tube size” red wine… I feel disappointed for I expect more for a $1300 4.5 star hotel.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful views and a convenient location close to the MTR (albeit further from the city centre, but just a short ride away - or 8-12 mins via Uber).

Very new ,clean room, and the gym facilities are very professional and new. The staff is very nice.

Excellent stay. The hotel is located right at Tai Koo station which made it very easy to get around. All the staff very extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and while I would say some of the food wasn’t as warm as I would have thought, it was delicious. I had drinks at Sugar on the 32nd floor - the staff were so friendly and checked in on me often with great recommendations. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again!

The attitude of the hotel staff and the services are excellent. For instance, they allowed me to check in earlier than the standard checkin time provided that there is a room available. In addition, they would find a room that I have lived in previously and that I am satisfied with for me this time. They can also extend the check-out time to 1pm.

Excellent location great quiet room. Having a luggage scale available for loan is xtremely useful.

It’s nice that the rooms are all available so the receptionist offered us to choose different type of room thanks for that! ;))) 3. The bed is comfortable and big enough for two ppl 4. The room is super clean 5. Open and transparent shower “room” is nice tho!!! 6. Convenient! They offer QR code to request any service such as “towel, cutlery, bucket of ice etc.) you don’t even need to call!! 7. It’s perfect that they made us to stay until 2PM Wonderful stay

Great location and easy access to shopping centre on hot days. Amenity options are great and the water tap is a good amenity to have in the rooms.

Very comfortable, clean, friendly, convenient, spacious, assessable . My wife and I stayed for 6 nights. I can recommend this hotel.
