Great Location and View, But Very Small Room The hotel has a **nice view** and is **very convenient for travel**, with a train station and tram station nearby. However, the room was **extremely small** there wasn’t even enough space to open my big luggage comfortably. If you’re staying for a short trip with minimal bags, it’s okay, but for longer stays or larger luggage, it might feel cramped. Good for location, but the lack of space was a downside. 🧳⚠️

I got a room for myself expecting a certain standard. I found that I was overpaying for something that, taken the brand away, would have costed half at any of the other guesthouses in the Chonkin mansion style. Instead of bare tails on the floor there is carpentry and, yes, a few extra cents were spent to make it look like the real thing, but the core of the value is totally missing. Apart of the overcrowded elevators, the analogy goes with the size, a tiny number even counting in square feet, and the lack of all but WC and bed. The few cents spend added useless stuff instead of making the little available at least usable. The tiny TV hangs on the wrong wall, so cannot be seen sitting or lying properly anywhere. The water kettle and it's cord do not fit any available surface at a suitable distance from a socket, so the floor and a hard to reach socked remain the only option. Same said for anything else from phone charging or computer use. The toilet and shower capsule have tiles in a colour meant to hide the extensive molding, but hardly succeed. Even the cleaning seems shabby and some stuff was left on the floor that a basic sweeping would have removed. I would recommend Ramada to be more careful with their brand because the idea of branding crappy cubicles may require at least some decent design fee paid to someone capable to do the job.

A very nice hotel at a very good location, lot of convenience store, restaurant, fruit shop nearby. Just u need to prepare personal stuff like toothbrush, comb, shower cap as they are for sales. Nice decorations

Tiny bathroom with a bathtub, but no space to go to the toilet... A room that smells of damp A pseudo gym that's totally unusable Lifts that take soooo much time to arrive and, to top it all off, a rooftop with an inaccessible swimming pool because they haven't hired a lifeguard...

This hotel is in a great location, near to ferries and bus to the peak... clean , quiet, all good... thanks

The hotel is beautiful but my main concern was cleanliness and it as clean , everyday room clean boy came for clean . The location was nice you can get the city tram just walking 2-3 minutes away. Good experience.

The location of the hotel was well-suited for our business, being close by. At check-in at the hotel, we couldn't find the reservation, even though the confirmation number was provided After 45 minutes, a room on the lowest level was found, which was still a smoking room / just a piece of paper marked as non smoking room doesn't change that smoking room to a non-smoking room / the room was not ready for a new customer as the window curtain needed to be repaired and the two beds were used before the room has no table, and the chair better belongs in a kindergarten or a primary school room The A/C unit creates noise - not possible to sleep if running The floor outside was used as meeting area during the whole night The curtain was repaired after all the problems been addressed to the house keeping and staff at the reception. to leave the hotel via lift, it is necessary to calculate between 30-45 minutes waiting time. As nothing happened I decided to leave the hotel one day earlier as planned. During my next visit to Hong Kong, I will report the facts to the hotel association

We got there easily from the airport by A10 bus and 7 min walk. The hotel seemed nice from the pictures and outside. Inside it wasn’t clean at all.

Good location. Near MTR Great Harbour view. Took over 10 minutes for my reservation to be confirmed. Had to ask 3 times while waiting. Receptionist didn't seem too keen. Not what I expected from Ramada. Nor the Flimsy slippers. It is a challenge to get it on your feet. I have seen better quality one from cheap hotels. Tiny bathroom with bathtub. Better to remove and replace with a shower recess only. Bigger. More practical. Nearly slipped getting out The toilet is not designed for anyone over 1.8M depicted in the photo. Then again. I can't complain too much. At their room rate. It is still great value for money.

I feel like I'm being Alittle harsh on this hotel, but after being spoiled with my other hotels on my trip, this felt basic. Great location, nice staff, but room felt abit outdated - everything worked and the bed was comfortable but yeah, was abit of a time warp! But at the price of about £20 a night it was loads better than most UK hotels. Only super negative part was that the swimming pool was closed. This was added to the details after I had booked my room, so yeah, sad times. View was brilliant from my room But for anyone that needs western basics... There was a 7Eleven across the road and a Maccys 2mins away. I didn't book breakfast, so didn't see the hotels food facilities. Check in and check out was easy and the hotel is a short walk from the brilliant metro system, oh and many buses past by.

Do not expect a large luxury room with sweeping harbour views. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny (in fact it was an irritating shower - good water pressure though) and the views of the harbour are partial (see picture). However, in my experience of Hong Kong hotels, everything you get is about right for the price. In fact, it is quite good value given its location. If you want some harbour views on a budget, this is a good place for that.

Very reasonable service for its price. Nice, clean and ok size room with a big window and great view. No cigarette smell. Staying here is comfortable, I would recommend it if you need to stay in Hongkong for a week or something. Here you can at least unpack your luggage - enough of space. Just one thing - the cleaning service the morning was too loud in the hallway, their talkings woke us up.

**Disappointing Stay at Ramada Hong Kong Island** I wish I could say my stay at Ramada Hong Kong Island was enjoyable, but unfortunately, it was anything but. The rooms are **shockingly small**, making it feel more like a cramped storage unit than a hotel. Privacy? Forget about it—you can **hear everything** happening in the neighboring rooms and hallways, making sleep nearly impossible. If you're looking for a restful night, **this is not the place**. The thin walls mean every conversation, footstep, and door slam echoes through the room. I found myself tossing and turning, unable to escape the constant noise. Overall, this hotel was a major letdown. If you value comfort, peace, and a good night’s sleep, **do yourself a favor and book elsewhere*

The location is very good. You reach LKF and pretty much everything on HK island pretty fast. The hotel is very close to an MTR station. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. However, it was quite small and as two people we struggled to find a place where to put our clothes and suitcases (there is not much space on the floor). The staff was very helpful and we had a very nice stay there overall.
