The room is small, but enough for a short stay. The location of the hotel and view from the room is nice.

Low-quality hotel. I booked a room and they gave me another. There were three of us. We each booked a room. As we arrived at different times, they informed me that my roommate was in my room. They removed my roommate from the room, moved him to another room, and put me in his. This was at 3 a.m., and they didn't change it. In other words, I used a room that was already in use. They promised to fix it the next day, but nothing was resolved. Trip Advisor did not provide me with the necessary support.

Not recommended!I wanted to share my review of this hotel. It’s advertised as a four-star hotel, but I believe it’s at most a two-star hotel. The service was not good, there was mold in the bathroom, and there were many defects and a general lack of cleanliness. The rooms are very small, and the room I booked wasn’t the one I got, so I had to switch rooms. Then, at checkout, with just a few minutes left, they banged on my door very loudly, bothering me to leave. I don’t think the staff is qualified, and there are issues with cleanliness, mold, and defects in the facilities. It’s an old hotel, the rooms are tiny, and the toilet is right next to the bathtub, so there’s no space to sit comfortably. It was terrible: an expensive, bad hotel with awful service.

Let me be frank, the room is tiny - like I don’t even know how one would sit on the toilet, it being that close to the shower. But that’s to be expected in Hong Kong. I had no issue with finding the hotel or checking in. The only issue I’d raise is the bedding having a slight smell to it.

Good location. But felt dated. Staff didn’t tell me anything at check in just my room floor and where breakfast is. Bathroom was way too small.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. IT IS DIRTY. THE ROOMS ARE DINGY. THE BEDS ARE HARD IT'LL HURT YOUR BACK. THE CARPET, SURFACES, WALLS AND DOOR ARE ALL STAINED. IT SMELLS. AND AGAIN IT IS FILTHY!

Very old hotel. Recommend not to stay here. Look at the size of the room. Actual only 10 m2 and not 15 m2 as advertised. See how they clean the room in the picture below. They only pulled the blanket over without even tucking the sheets. Very dark room. Regret booking this hotel and will never ever come here again. Only thing good is the location at Sai Ying Pun station. When coming back after a whole days walk, and you see this kind of disappointing room, you regret booking this.

Worst hotel stay ever. Yeah, Hong Kong’s pricey, but this room was ridiculously small, outdated, and filthy – dust, stains on the carpet, and a gross musty smell that wouldn’t quit. The AC fan rattled all night, killing any sleep, and the Wi-Fi was so slow it was basically useless.

I really liked the hotel; it was clean and tidy, and the upper floors had an excellent view of the bay.

The hotel is good for the Hong Kong standard, small but overall fine for the price you pay. The location is a plus because it is only 50 meters away from the MRT station Sai Ying Pun (Exit A). Good city view with skyscrapers and the Victoria Peak from the room. Lunch buffet is disappointing though.

To give a fair opinion on this hotel. The room was clean but it is very small.  I had phobia using the bathroom.  Fortunately I was given a room on high floor with Mountain and no block from opposite building.  The location was their selling point because it was 10 minutes walking distance from MTR station.  3 stops from Central.   It was hard to find hotels with such price in Hong Kong.

Conveniently located, little rooftop pool, unfortunately open only daytime when we were out sightseeing so could not make use of much

Good view and employer have good service mind. I love view of pool is so good and location near MTR.

Location is fine, few mins walk from mrt sai ying pun Bad thing is that the lift is small, taking so damn long reach and many ppl in it each time
