The service was excellent and the views were superb; this stay was truly fantastic! Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The room was more spacious than expected, elegantly decorated, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The biggest surprise was the city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, which was absolutely stunning. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water and high-quality amenities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, both the hardware facilities and the soft services exceeded my expectations, making it great value for money. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit and highly recommend it!

The location is pretty good, right above the East Rail University Station, making transportation very convenient. The room was just okay, a bit mediocre. The mattress was too soft; I woke up feeling tired. There wasn't even a comb, and I had to buy one separately. Isn't that a bit much?! The bathroom door design is problematic, opening inwards and taking up space, plus there was a foul smell. There's no bottled water, just a water dispenser, but I wonder how often it's cleaned or refilled?! The ecology in Hong Kong is quite nice though, with even egrets around. Overall, it was just acceptable.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room is very nice and comfortable. The overall atmosphere is great for a retreat.

The service was warm and considerate. We were upgraded to a sea view room, and supplies were replenished promptly. The location is excellent, very convenient for both the MTR and Hong Kong Science Park. However, the check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM felt a bit restrictive.

The location is great, just 200 meters from University MTR station. Our mountain-view room was on the side facing the railway tracks, but the soundproofing was excellent; we barely heard any noise. The room itself was very spacious and bright, and the hygiene and bedding were good. In a place like Hong Kong where every inch is precious, for the same price, you'd be cramped in a tiny room in Central. I'd much rather take a few MTR stops and stay here. I'll definitely choose Hyatt Centric again next time.

Exiting University Station (East Rail Line) at B exit, you'll reach the hotel after cutting through the bus terminal. It's a mere 3-minute walk, incredibly close! The room is quite spacious, featuring a separate bathtub and a vanity table. There's also a Philips water dispenser. The large window offers a view of Tolo Harbour. The only downside is the lack of restaurants near the hotel; you'll have to buy food from the few convenience stores located at the MTR exit.

Beautiful hotel near to the Chinese University of Hong Kong and MTR station 。Excellent and helpful staff. We will stay again in the future.

It's truly a rare find to get a room over 30 sqm in space-constrained Hong Kong, especially with such a prime location right above the MTR station and very close to the University of Hong Kong. It's essentially at the heart of Sha Tin's transportation hub. The facilities are new, and the soundproofing is excellent. The room even comes with a universal adapter, which is super convenient for travelers. As expected from Hyatt, the toiletries are consistently high-quality. P.S.: It's only one MTR stop away from Sha Tin Racecourse, though it's only open on Sundays. Just a little tip for anyone interested!

The room was spacious, clean, and bright, and even had a bathtub. For Hong Kong, this hotel offers great value for money. It's conveniently located near University Station on the East Rail Line, making it easy to get to Shenzhen's Lo Wu/Futian Port. The sea view was truly stunning (see pictures), and the facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool, tennis court, and sauna. The only minor downside was the HKD 800 deposit. It's best to have Hong Kong dollars on hand, otherwise, a WeChat Pay refund can take over a month.

Room is spacious but needs some improvements with furnishing and cleanliness. Hopefully it will be fixed.

Spacious room, all clean and comfortable. Good location for visiting CUHK. Good service. Minor noise issue at night from the nearby highway , but we slept well. Recommend

The gift bag and bottle of red wine made my birthday celebration even more special. I would also like to commend the staff for their exceptional service during such challenging weather. First, the service was excellent. I wanted to put 5 stars also to the cleanliness but I saw once a little spider on my towel. Another great thing is that this room was spacious for Hong Kong but you should know that is also quite far from the center. Good if you want a calme place.
