The stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The room was spotless, cozy, and had a stunning view, as shown in the picture. The facilities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our experience even more memorable. Great hotel, but you have to book add ins if you like them, for example toothbrush in the room

The sheets on the bed had stains on them Not changed from last guess Shame as I have stayed at this hotel many times before but will not be returning

The front desk staff was not very accommodating, often appearing displeased. It was surprising that I had to pay for bottled water myself and that there was no room delivery service available. The lack of standard service was evident. Inside the room, everything required a trip to the front desk for pickup, such as a toothbrush. When I went to the front desk, the staff seemed preoccupied, making me wait a while to retrieve the toothbrush. Some of the staff members appeared unfriendly when I said that I needed to pick up a toothbrush. *** of the service .

Located relatively central, decent views of the harbour. Gym and pool had decent facilities too, although it’d be ideal if the water in the pool was maintained warm. The superior room was very spacious by HK standards. Customer service was alright but I was expecting much more from a 5-star hotel. I’d say this hotel is more like a 4/4.5-star at best actually. Didn’t try the hotel’s breakfast, but the spread looks kind of unappetising honestly, especially for a 5-star hotel.

Very good hotel. Situated conveniently in the heart of the town centre. Staff are also very welcoming.

The hotel location is excellent and i paid extra money to take a room with a harbor view. The grandest view of the hotel comes from the top floor swimming pool which earns all the money paid even though after 8 pm we cannot go in that open terrace area. Gym is loaded with good exercise machines ,also has sauna bath and steam bath. Hotel as per some policy don’t provide toiletries so please arrange your own. Hotel staff is very professional and trained very well. Metro station is walking distance and bus station is also nearby.
