The hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The location is decent, but once you step inside, it feels like a completely different world—modern, elegant, and relaxing. The customer service is outstanding: staff are extremely polite, attentive, and professional. Highly recommended!

Great location, great service, great amenities (the pool on the roof is a fine thing, especially after a hot day)), the executive lounge saves a lot of money, a spacious queen-size bed (2 adults and a child slept freely there). 100% recommend.

Stunning spacious room. Lots to do in the area. Attached mall and mtr always an added bonus. Super staff. Brilliant buffet meals. It's worth the price.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Love their service, every staffs were very friendly and willing to help when in need. The hotel is very convenient to everything and only a few minutes of walk to the Langham Place.

Great location, delicious breakfast with lots of variety. Hotel gave HKD150 credit and we used it at the bar for supper and drinks.

Excellent hotel for families, work or solo travellers! We stayed at Club room and all employees there were so welcoming and polite. During typhoon Ragasa they managed everything in such an orderly manner that, apart of noise from the wind, we didn’t feel any impact on the level of service at all.

This is an established hotel, and I chose it primarily for its convenience. The L-floor lobby offers a direct corridor to Langham Place, putting shopping, dining, and the MTR all within easy reach. It's also just a few minutes' walk from the Mong Kok stop for Airport Bus A21. My only minor complaint is that despite requesting a quiet room, I was still assigned one facing the street. Additionally, the air conditioning was quite chilly.

Best stay. Easy to find the hotel, very cheap, staffs are really nice. Room is perfect, very big room.

This is the first time I joined the breakfast buffet which was excellent. Worth every penny of it. I’ve never seen such professional work at a breakfast buffet. This is my only go to hotel for the pass 10 years. Love the location. Love the mall.

The location is superb, right above Mong Kok MTR station, offering easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment at Langham Place. The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. However, there are hardly any seats in the hotel lobby, so guests have no option but to stand if they need to wait or rest. The standard deluxe room is a decent size, though I personally disliked having to step into a bathtub for the shower. The bathroom, primarily featuring transparent glass and white, looks modern and stylish, but it's not very practical or comfortable to use. For instance, the toilet paper dispenser is inconveniently located on the bottom left side of the toilet, making it awkward to reach due to the limited space. Additionally, the all-glass vanity tends to splash water, and the bed was too soft for my liking.
