They upgraded me to a suite and fixed the mini bar immediately and refilled the stuff that I bought. Excellent customer experience.

It was a very good hotel stay with very good location and services. It was a short distance from Hotel to Mongkok on foot. Besides, room was clean and comfortable. Hotel also provided free simple breakfast with bread, coffee and tea at 2/F Lounge. Overall Cost Performance was very high.

Not far from MTR, Cleans room comfortable to sleep, Can leave luggage before and after stay 😊 don’t worry about time to check-in if you come early

The hotel location is not bad and within 600m to 800 m walking distance. Services and amenities were above average. The room is small just like those in Japan.

Hotel is clean and near MTR. Room a bit small but ok for 1 pax. Lots of food options nearby. For sustainability, you need to get drinking water at L2. They provide a water jar in the room. Recommended.

Hi, I just wanted say the room is very small. The staff are not very friendly. But the location of MRT is quite nearby. Thank you.

Customer Service Executives is approachable and is able to provide the details when asked. Location is easy access to main attraction areas. Cleanliness is good and up-to- keep. Opposite the hotel has a very yummy restaurant for dim sum, 新华苑酒家 (2nd level) is open from 6am to midnight.

This is a great hotel near the action of the trendy Mong Kok area, easy to walk to and the MTR is nearby. the hotel is compact with a range of facilities.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was less than ideal. They were unable to accommodate an early check-in, which was disappointing after a long journey. To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude was just average—far from the warm, welcoming service I had hoped for. Overall, the stay didn’t meet my expectations.
