As their regular customer they always give us nice and comfortable room Just a bad experience,some1 ate our cake which I put in the common fridge at the hostel..Maybe one of the tenants who also checked in ate it..I hope the hostel owner will make a solution to this kind of scenarios..

Clean room. But tv was not working

It's is good for the price but if u r first time u don't like it, it's my second time staying in this place, for me as a traveler is ok coz I only want a room to rest and to put my things while I'm in Hongkong,

We didn’t get the room we booked. We booked one big family room but got two rooms. The airco was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The toilet didn’t work. The check-in and rooms are not in the same part of the building. Everything felt dirty and unsafe. The staff didn’t help us and even after our complaints and help from Trip the owner did not give us any kind of refund. Our advice don’t book at this hostel/hotel!

The staff were great and friendly, but unfortunately, when we requested extra blankets, we weren't given any despite them saying that they'll send it to our room. Also, we got the 17th floor room which was a little inconvenient because the elevator only goes up to the 16th floor. Meaning we always had to take the stairs from 16th to 17th and vice versa even when we have our luggage with us. But despite these concerns, it was an okay stay overall especially for its price. They have free drinking water as well which is a good perk.

It was a good stay.. clean and convenient ❤️❤️❤️

Is good good ,close to mtr The room has good basic facilities, hot and cold water, and the reception staff is polite

The amount of bugs I killed while staying there for a few days was disturbing and disgusting. The room smelled of mold and I felt like I was gonna get sick. I would not recommend them.

Fully paid online but upon arrived was asked to pay extra 10% per day. Picture of room is totally 2000% different shown. What a scam, was even force to paid a 2 days no show up room just for our bags. Will not recommend to any one.

Happy and satisfied we booked 3 rooms for two days they brought us to 8 floor the room is nice and clean I highly recommend it’s my first time in this hotel I never see any cockroach thumbs up to the cleaning lady 👍

For the price and tutulugan lang okay sya, super sikip lang and walang towel or sabon and Hindi masyado malinis yung higaan and for budget friendly na budget not bad.

The treat you badly. The whole thing is dirty. The rooms are claustrophobic. No hot water in one of the two I booked. They will try to scam you at the entrance of the building. This is one of the ways I imagine hell to be. However, it is perfectly located. I understand is the cheapest place and everything else is super expensive, but avoid if possible.
