Convenient location and good value for money. The room was relatively clean, and the size is quite decent for Hong Kong. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the restaurant's front desk this morning. I had a complimentary coffee voucher from the hotel and asked for a takeaway. The staff asked me to wait five minutes, but when I returned, it hadn't even been prepared yet. She wasn't busy with anything at all during those five minutes, so I had to stand there and wait for her to make it from scratch. This is the only negative point.
