We spent two nights in the standard double room. Great facilities! The room was on the 26th floor and the view was alright. Clean room indeed with a comfortable bed, and window side (with a desk, chair) was quite useful. Enjoyed the swimming pool (3/F) for a quick morning swim; we changed in advance but just had a glimpse at the changing room (5/F) which we don’t really like because of the inconvenience. Anyway, the stay was of great value.

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and returned again recently. While the rooms are quite dated, the service really stood out this time. We happened to be there during Typhoon Wipha and were confined to the hotel for safety. With no prior experience, we weren’t sure what to do, but the staff took great care of us — answering all our questions and ensuring we felt safe. On the morning we were locked in, we had breakfast at the hotel and the staff encouraged us to take extra food back to our rooms to tide over lunch. The concierge and front desk teams were also very helpful and professional throughout our stay. Truly appreciate their thoughtful and attentive service.

Got connecting room for a family of 4. The hotel is a bit dated & need to at least have some bathroom amenity. The services from staffs and the shuttle drivers are awesome! Stayed for 9 nights but only requested room cleaning once since we are super neat & don’t like to be disturbed. We were supposed to get 40¥ per day when cleaning is not required but only received once & we couldn’t even use it for drinks downstairs due to broken vending machine.

One particular lady at the reception has major attitude issue. I asked for a simple gesture but ended up asking her to call a manager then it was resolved.
Pros:
1.New hotel
2.Ok location
3.Shuttle to mtr every 30 minute/ however on return to hotel route we couldnt find the bus even though we were on time.
4.Breakfast is decent but once its 10:30am they literally take everything away including coffee mugs lol. So get there early i guess.
Cons:
1. The employees seemed to have a little attitude problem maybe this is a hong kong thing? For example you cant even leave your baby cart for 30 seconds in common area or else they will find you and require you to put it in a “designated” area even though its literally not in anyones way lol. The hotel room was quite roomy and has its own toilet, okay cleanliness, there was a bark/leaf on the carpet but otherwise sheets and towels did not have weird smells.
The front desk and room cleaning ladies were friendly, i lost my usb c wire and they got it for me.
Only con would be the location, only reachable by some busses and ting ting cars, and most of the time have to use the overhead passage, i carried my 20kg luggage over it under the summer heat 😮💨 the hotel does have free shuttle service but if you plan to go places till late night best to stick to hotels close to MTR (this one is not).
